It is a good app, the ads are their but not much to disturbance. It is easy to follow and challenging for you can choose to Max or go normal. All workouts are there. I find it exciting. I give it five.

Workouts are pretty basic and can hardly be called workouts. Even clicking on 2x the workout is still hardly any exercise at all unless you're someone who struggles just to be upright. The nutrition tracker seems to have a lot of foods in it's database. It's unfortunate the nutrition facts are wrong or missing entirely for most of them. Meal plan is impractical and expensive for one person and likely to leave a lot of waste.

This app is better than many competitors. It offers many workouts for different parts of the body. It's mostly free but there are adds. There is also the possibility to edit the workouts. The only problem is that the manual editor requires a lot of work to reach the duration you want. It would be nice if they make possible to choose the duration of the workout and an automatic routine select the exercises to do.

Excellent app! I was glad to pay the small fee for getting rid of ads, since this is an app that I see myself using for months to come. I would be very happy if an option to delete workouts from history were to be introduced. I hate seeing interrupted workouts there and I would gladly delete those, if possible.

My family and I use it together. Age ranges from 38 to a 1 year old. The four of us get our blood pumping once to twice a day. The video examples are great for my kids to understand how to do the exercises correctly. Only drawback we saw was that the meal planner doesn't offer a lot of variety but I guess thats the point. LOL!

A good variety of exercises to work through at home with no equipment. The ability to have it paced for you, or escalate to work at your own pace is a nice option. A lot of ads, but for a free app, I have no complaints. This is my first month using it, hoping that it will continue to update with new routines and exercises as I keep using it

I really like this app so far in terms of how user friendly it is as well as the fact that each routine is customizable. Its also easy to get into but retains a decent level of difficulty. Only gripe is that during the countdown some numbers sound too similar and can throw you off but this is rare. Great app.

Good for a free app. There are some minor issues, but frequent updates suggest they can fix them soon. Calories counter seems broken, it shows around 10-15 kcal burned after a 20 min session. And we spend much more while sleeping)) Also, there are some inconsistencies between animation and description. Like in the Star Push-ups exercise.

Awful graphics. Two conflicting voices ofyen talk at the same time. But most of all some exercise descriptions are mismatched so the text says one thing and the graphics show a different one. I've tried a few no-equipment apps like this one and this is the worst so far.

Very easy to follow instructions. Simple and effective (i feel). And level of difficulties ranges from beginner to advanced, with either total body or specific body parts training. I'd recommend this app!

The most entertaining part is my trainer (who is cartoon or mulpet) don't understand what I goe through during our training time. I'm excited about this app. My new years resolution was to start working out again. I used to workout regularly, nothing fancy, just sit ups, crunches, push ups, pull ups/chin ups, etc. Basically the workouts that this app offers, that's why I'm so excited about it. Since my son was born almost 4years ago, I just was so busy with work, family, kids, playing music, chores, and cooking that I didnt have time, let alone the energy to work out. Time to regain my 6pack and tone my muscles!!!!!!!!!

Great exercises. Good length breaks to recover, but push yourself. Only reason I didn't give a 5 is that the exercises are odd numbered sets. Even when doing alternating sets, you end up doing more on one side than the other.

I give feedback rarely, after using this app I cannot stop myself to write this. I am using this app for last 4 months. Completed 28 days challenge for full body and abs. Now working on advance level exercises. I am clearly seeing changes from family pack abs now I have 4 packs all fats has been gone. Slowly I am going in V shape body. Thanks for such a nice design of exercises.
