Signed up about a month or two ago still haven't completed the process of creating a login but I've been charged over $130 for requesting leads that I never requested. Spoke with customer support and they just bounce me between departments, cant get a straight answer as to why I've been charged and come to find out that my business isn't even listed under the correct category! So the leads that I supposedly "requested" weren't even for my businesses service! They basically stole money from me.

This app will give you many bad leads and is aimed at maximizing its revenue and with no regard to the validity of a lead it sells to contractors. The costs for leads is arbitrary and will overcharge you much of the time. It will provide some good leads but if you don't closely manage the app it will bankrupt you quickly. I still use it but only in a very controlled and limited way as I have lost thousands of dollars on bad leads that never got reimbursed.

I've closed my account 2 days ago and they still trying to charge me and never closed account. This company is scamming people by sending leads and no contract ever came out of any of the early leads. Then u don't contact lead and they still trying to charge you. They make you always send leads and can't ever turn off... Make sure to use your credit card I closed account and they still try to charge me. Well guess what I'm protected from this kind of lies and wrong charges.

Terrible service, app too buggy. They charge for bad leads even when the customer incorrectly labels a job. I've been charged multiple times for jobs that my company does not do and when I dispute them I'm still charged. They say the price per lead ranges between $8-$60 but I'm routinely charged $50+ for small jobs. If I'm only charging $50-$100 per job and Angi is charging $50+ per lead then it's just not worth it. I'm losing money daily with this bad app/service. Not small business friendly!

I've only got one good lead. All others I got charged for. I've found out that in Delaware people just want and idea on how much it will cost. And for those you still get charged. You need a opt out button before it becomes a lead. I don't understand your charged 288.00 a year and they come up with high $ for a lead. I'll never go back to this app

Just getting started is a pain. App dosnt load. Showing 0 opportunities so I though maybe I need to edit the range of work I do however, everything I click to turn on a service it says " there was an error blah blah" so I'm not sure if I wasted 100$ considering it is not working.

It's a decent app w/ its fair share of problems. The angi pay is okay for no extra cost, but I will be avoiding it on account to the headache it's causing customers and Myself. The leads and fees take time and money but if You manage them well it can generate some profits.

Very deceptive false leads most of the time.. This app and the service that is provided is very sketchy at best and quality control on lead types is very bad at least 30% of the leads are completely flase and made up for profit either by Angie lead or employee of Angie leads to get money.. Yes there are real customer leads mixed in here but it's not worth $300 signup fee and then $25 to $100 per lead on some jobs that may be worth $150 after labor Very bad customer service and quality control

I have gotten a few good leads. However, if someone is looking and not serious about getting a service you still get charged. I may have to start charging for estimates from the app. I don't know how they determine the amount to charge for the lead but it always seems to be at least $30.00. I was supposed to get a call back within 24hrs of starting the app to get a login and walk through how to set it up. It was 2 days later. So far it has paid for it's self but not much else.

Only lets you turn off 2 days at a time. No warning when it kicks back in so all of a sudden you get more leads when your not wanting them and a large bill. They like to slide leeds in that you have to pay for and not let you have control. This is the 2nd time I tried using them in a 10 year gap and it's the same thing. If you as a business owner cant have control, then why use them?

6/2021I think this app is good for contacting businesses. The one thing I dislike the most is not getting the direct phone number. Going through an extention number is a hassel. 3/2022 I thought for sure that once Angi Leads took over it would better about giving a phone number. It is the stupidest way to contact the lead. There are times I can't call using the phone number with the extension. I have to use email. I have called into the Angi Leads office to get it. But again the hassle.

Angie leads is a good idea but a horrible way to get leads. I had leads come in that the customers would never answer, I had customers that were the same lead, and then I had a lead where the work was already done. Too top it all off all those things I just mentioned I had to pay for all of those leads and not make any money and not even get credited. If you are a contractor looking for more leads do not use this app it is nothing but a way to steal money from both home owners and Contractors.

I get leads, charged for leads and can never make contact with customers. There is no quality control in the slightest, and the most frustrating is Customers that are looking for a price, I get charged for a lead that amounts to a conversation about the weather. And yes, I've talked to Supervisors about it, and they could care less, they read from a script and it's laughable.

Open Season for them to charge you for very highly priced leads. the only way to contact is through the app and out of the four leeds I tried to contact, not one answered. I contacted customer support multiple times pause my leads but they just resumed after a few days without even informing you. They'll also pass along you info, I've been getting calls every day from marketing companies. So all in all I'm out about five hundred bucks gotten zero leads, and cannot modify my account.

I do lawn care.... ran them for 8 months.... 90% of that time leads were paused.... customer support sounds like it routes through India.... and when they provide bad lead after bad lead, they refuse to refund the money.... even though they record all of the calls you have with the customer through their app..... they also don't provide the customers actual phone numbers, which is also a PITA.... 100% DO NOT RECOMEND!

Buggy and wastes so much time. The leads generate fine, but reaching out to your leads is a mess. The Angi Pay ONLY works on the app and is buggy. Angie Pay does not allow you to verify that payment was sent from the client. You have to just take their word for it. There is little support for issues with the app. You waste a lot of time deleting the app and reinstalling it. Calls through the app getting dropped, or not being recorded after being made. Be prepared to be patient.

Slow app. Often times it says I have no leafs, have to close it and reopen. I'm running a business and need dependable apps. It's always telling me "no internet connection"

They charge both clients and pros. The "questionaire" customers fill out does not even give the proper choices to determine what the job actually entails. The prices they charge pros for the leads is exorbitant. A $50. Job may cost the pro $39. ... And yet a profitable job worth$6000. May only cost the pro $23. It seems completely random and made up. You are competing with multiple contractors and they all pay this charge even though in some cases you never got the chance to bid the job.

I have been using Angi leads pro for about a year. It's way too expensive they don't credit you if you can't get in touch with the client . They send you false leads and still get charged . Even one of my clients said they are a rip off sending the same client info to 5 other companies they just care about the money not the clients or the businesses . I will no longer be with Angi pro leads paying too much in leads and gaining nothing at all . Well no more!

The app is limited as to what you can do. Suspending leads has a max of 48hrs unless you log on to the website which is so antiquated. They allow so many leads to come through with virtually no info and you're supposed to choose whether or not you want to pay an unknown amount of money based on no info. Put a request through for credit on a bad lead? They tell you that you request more than others and make you wait ten days for a manual response which is always a No with no reason given.

This app does not prove or produce it's worth, and needs some severe fine tuning. After awhile, I started to get duplicate leads. Leads in the middle of the night and if you dont call the clients they charge you. I tried to get out of the app and the customer service representative Mark said I cannot and that I am forfeiting the rest of my money I paid up front 300$ Just a waste of time. Sad thing is I actually fix appliances. Met some good people, The service reps don't care, just charging u.

Look at your statements. They will approve a "credit/refund" for thier poor leads but then credit your account $0, just taking your money. Anyone who has approved credits needs to look at your statements and realize how much money they have stolen from you. The only two jobs in 18 years i havent been paid for are angi leads; the 'customers' have to look there for a reason, dont waste your time or money. You will spend hours on phone "fixing" thier errors.

I don't see how anyone can give less than a five stars on this app. They make it so easy and they walk you throughout the whole process. Because of this app I enjoy life I meet new ppl I get to do the things I love, Angie's list has given me control to my own life and I am more than grateful. Thank you Angie's list.

Leads are coming in but it's not worth it .Spend more then $600 for leads and got one job that paid me $50 which is far below my minimum for completing a job Because most of the leads just don't pick up or just want a estimate!

Slow very slow. I used to love this app but now it takes forever to load or do any tasks even to pull up new customer leads when every second counts.
