I don't know how these guys got my credit card info. They did and actually illegally charged my credit card indicating that I purchased 6 month coverage. I decided to give it a try and I requested jump start while I'm in the middle of the city. They told me that it'll be in 90 minutes. I called requesting to know how they got me subscribed and they told me weird lies like my info was gotten via a loan whereas, absolutely, I don't even have a loan
App wont even load. Freezes on intro page. Tried 4 days in a row and I still cant even tell you what the home page looks like. Worst app I've ever tried to use. If I could ibwould of left 0 stars
The email verification codes you send aren't working. I respected caps and tried copy and paste on second one. It took almost a month to get my membership number in the mail. Phone support couldn't even find my account to add my teen drivers before that. So far, 1/12 of my membership has been a waste.
I had repairs to my vehicle. I was able to get 30% back of what I spent. This insurance honored what they said they would do. I recommend this app.
It is taking them forever to review my auto deductible claim. With everything that's going on, every penny counts. Especially $500 I'll update my review if things change but it feels like they've put me on hold with no intention of honoring the contract.
great price & value .I expected a lot of catch 22's but it has been the most upfront in detailing what is covered or not. finally something that covers cars repairs/ maintenance.
tried downloading this app twice now, I can not get past the first initial screen, so I will be uninstalling this joke of an app. funny how you pay so much to a big company but they can't seem to provide an app that would actually work and make life for their customers a little more convenient.....
Although the service is doubtless great this app needs work. You can't even set up or log in properly. What good is a malfunctioning app if a person is in need of assistance? Good service, bad app.
Not working at all. Tried clicking the button to skip intro and it doesn't go anywhere. Tried installing and uninstalling still nothing has happened
The app in conjusction with email does not allow you to set up your password. Therefore I can't log into the app. This thing is trash!
I never even made an account or knew of this app till they randomly started charging me. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I have been trying to figure out how to get them to quit charging ms for 6 months.
Well I just downloaded the Home and Auto plus app even though I see mostly bad reviews . OMF says it's a great app. I will try it and redo my review in a while. So far OMF is great . Hoping home n auto is too
I loaded it onto my phone and it won't load past the opening screen, cannot login, so effectively useless until I can actually log in.
My first call because I had a dead battery was around 7 am and I had not set up the app yet so I had to call. The man helping me was rude and let me know that the reason I sat on hold waiting for someone to pick up was because he was the only one there answering the phone and his shift was about to end in about 15 minutes so he was short and let me know how put out he was. While waiting for idk what for him to finish up and send someone I could hear Facebook messenger messages coming.
Application freezes. I can't get pass the first screen even with reinstalling it 3 times. Please fix
I had no problem downloading the app, or navigating the site after I signed in. I haven't used it yet, but I anticipate no problems using it.
This app does not even work Funny pay for service they say use our app it doesn't work It's real simple you pay them for a service that they make impossible to use and they sit back and collect the check
We have had this service for about 2 years and needed them for the first time 2 weeks ago. After being left stranded for 4 hours at a gas station we just went with whatever tow truck could come get us. After filing a claim to get some of our tow costs back which was $135 to tow for 10 blocks I get a letter saying it was denied due to not a proper invoice. I'm sorry but at 1 a.m. I'm just trying to get home.
When you look for services nothing pulls up say the app is under maintenance go to services. Paid alot for this service and can't use it...
App will not go beyond initial screen. Nothing happens when you press "Skip Intro".

well worth the money. between my wife and me we have utilized locksmith services at least 8 times in less than 2 years.
Never had to actually use it, but just surfing around it is super useful!
I have requested verification codes THREE TIMES!!! NONE OF THEM WORK no I can't even get in to file a claim
DO NOT use this roadside assistance. I needed a jump start and they canceled my service three times without my consent. I called at almost 9:00am and it is now 2:20pm and still no service. Once they realized I figured they were falsely sending the text messages to cancel they just started ignoring my requests. Mind you I am in Wisconsin in February.
