Overall the app is decent and easy to use. However, the push notifications for upcoming shifts is buggy. At first it would give me 2 identical push notifications each time it was reminding of an up coming shift. Now it sends four identical notifications every single time and that is really annoying. I like the push notifications for upcoming shifts because I work split shifts and it's a handy reminder. Tried an uninstall/reinstall but it didn't help. Hopefully the makers will fix this issue.

Decent overall app experience for sure. Msging feature doesn't always work, but is better than it once was. It would be nice if inside the Schedule tab the week view at the top was sticky instead of vanishing when scrolling down. And perhaps the purple visual theme could be applied to at least the word Today as it is already applied to that day's date.

Messenger portion of this app needs improvement. It's very clunky compared to modern day options. Constantly have issues attaching photos and sending photos. Currently, the app will not allow photos to be sent after selection, giving a random error. This is not the first time the attachment part of this app has broken. The app also doesn't pair well with time zone differences making a streamlined process very unfriendly. I end up having to pull up the web-based solution to do scheduling.

The application is good but there's a lot of bugs sadly. The ones I noticed are: 1- you don't get notifications from the app when someone send you a message 2- When you click on a message to read it and you get out of it, it still shows as if you haven't read it yet I would recommend being able to reply to a specific message, like in messenger/snapchat/Instagram, it would really help to follow what's going on, specially in big chats 😁 Otherwise, it's a pretty good app!

The app is easy to use, but a huge error with it is that after I submit my availability in the app it changes the hours by 5 on my end. Luckily it isn't changing it on my employers side, but it makes it very confusing for me to figure out and verify that I submitted the correct availability. My employer contacted them about it weeks ago and showed screenshots, they even logged into my account and still no fix. Can't blame it on what phone I was using because I have a new phone since and same.

I'm rather disappointed, not by the functionality of the app but by the fact I couldn't even access it to use it. Problem is, when creating a profile, it asks for your mobile number but it seemingly won't recognize numbers from other countries. I even started with my country code (Kenya) to no avail. I wish I knew it wasn't universal since the features would otherwise have helped me a lot.

Hard to load clocking in or out. It might be good for employers, as they can see somethings easily. Managers need to recieve texts to update clock in and out times, and it's a headache for workers, just trying to do the basics of clocking in or out. Booooooooooooo this app. Straight garbage from a manager/ worker point of view

cash out option is harassing me daily but sending me messages that i can cash out, but i obviously can't! i read the steps. it says you had to complete 2 weeks first before cashing out. it's really annoying, and i think they ought to put out that message only after 14 days instead of trying to make themselves look so good. other than that i really like working here, and communication features are working smoothly.

After a year of using the cash out option and always paying back on time or early - my bank account is suddenly "ineligible". The response from support was that "sometimes it recognizes deposits once, then realized it isn't a "paycheck". Not once. Over a YEAR. I'll be asking my employers to consider a different system for time clocks.

Cannot get notifications to show up on Android 11. There is no way to download a photo, I don't think you can share videos, lacks any trend or average data on labor, cannot search messages, won't save message drafts, etc. Has so much potential that just isn't being utilized.

I really made our lives easier with Clover. You can use this app for free. You do have to update the settings because there's a lot of notifications and emails if you don't. Otherwise, it allows the employees to communicate request time off and it reminds the manager when somebody hasn't clocked in on time. I'm really enjoying the app.

Everytime when I try to change my availability, the app keeps messing up the times I put in! When I want to work 5:30-9, it changes it to some random number. It's getting really annoying, and everytime when I try to change it, it doesn't work.

My work uses this so I have to use it, but one day it just stopped working. It won't even let me open properly. It just flickers the opening page over and over. Tried reinstalling but dunno why it doesn't work(edit: no one responded when I emailed them so...)

The app is really useful when it works, but it doesn't always work. Sometimes the employees schedule on their phone doesn't match what the employer scheduled. So, I'm surprisingly understaffed or overstaffed sometimes. The support is terrible. The best they can come up with is to have the employees uninstall and reinstall the app. Should I have them do that every day? Every other day?

The time clock automatically clocks employees out ten minutes after their shift ends. You can change it manually, but the practical upshot is a lot of people doing work for free.

Stalling, can't clock in or out without issues, slowing down phone apps and streaming. App continues to run 24/7 in background. Have to turn off all apps just to use Homebase..

Only giving a second star because it's free to use, but homebase is the worst. Extremely buggy. Loads slowly and often incorrectly and there's just always something going wrong. Really pushy for a while there about their scammy "cash out" system too.

This is an absolutely awful app. As a manager of a company, it's pretty inconvenient when the app is constantly crashing/not loading/ throwing error codes. This is ridiculous. I am going to talk to the owners about something else... because who can run a business like this?

Won't sync to my calendar. Defaults to a calendar called "Contacts" instead of my Google calendar. Have been communicating with their help desk for months and they keep telling me to uninstall and reinstall. I've sent videos and screenshots and they just have me go through the same steps over and over again. Not helpful.

Can be very buggy at times, crashes often. Messages always have an unread icon even after reading them. Please stop trying to get me to use whatever cash out nonsense you're offering. Wish there was a way to permanently disable that

Won't let me upload pictures in the messages, returns a "message. Cannot be blank" error. Customer service can only tell me to uninstall and reinstall and ask me what version I have, it's fully updated and nothing has worked. Its really frustrating that I have to repeatedly send Important team updates to another person to upload in the app for me.
