Why does it run in the background with a permanent notification before I've even logged in? That just screams of background data collection. Do not like.
Not sure what happened but as of last week something changed and no longer can log in. Says not authorized to log in. Really. the owner of the business is not authorized to log in Company is trash. Horrible customer service too. Luckily we can still have our employees clock in on clover. Clover also has a clock in app so we'll soon make the switch.
So when I go the chrome to get in to my account it work but when I long in to the app it doesn't work and everything is correct my password and email but apparently the app acts like I've never signed is fix pls
I love this app. It makes scheduling so easy. Thank you Homebase. The customer service has been outstanding! I love how employees can now do their COVID questionnaire on the app. Great Job!
Love this app. The team has been great helping me get started using it, even though we are using only the free version for our small nonprofit. It's super easy to use.
Your support team is AWFUL. I just bought a new phone and AGAIN, cannot sign into my account. This just happened less than a month ago and it took 2 weeks and too many phone calls to take care of this garbage.
Ive had this app for three weeks and it wont allow me to register. My boss has tried to reach out and i cant email these people. I kinda need my schedule and this isnt helping.
When I add my number it sends the code and I can't progress from that screen the app freezes up on the continue screen
Just wish the punch in was green and lunch out was red for easier for employee reference. And the pin pad could be a. But more responsive.

I use this app for my store with 12 staff, it works fine. it great app.
Would give it 0 starts if I could. Most intrusive app I've ever seen. Won't be using any others from this developer either.

I cant log in. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. The app doesn't accept my log in info and I get incorrect credentials when I try. I changed my password, it still doesn't work. I have tried to have a code sent to log in, but, once the code is sent, there is no space to type the code in. This is frustrating. I depend on the app for my schedule, because it changes often. Any help would be nice. Thank you
