I haven't landed a gig yet! I apply but never recieved an email notification. Has anyone else?
when i first started with the agency, everything was great. plenty of opportunities and the app was easy to use and working properly. after my first week the app stopped working and the client opportunities stopped coming in. I haven't been able to use the app for a month now and I'm still trying to get work. there was nothing the company could do being as though they could see when i log in, but the problem was on my end with it and they couldn't help not did they have a tech department.
Can't actually apply for jobs, can't change location, constantly spammed with emails and texts about jobs but when you confirm your interest in a position via text and try to speak to someone on the phone, they have no information of use to get you closer to working. Annoying.
Waste of time. It only gives you the option to search one area. I live in a small but there are adjacent towns that are not that far. If you put in your zip code, that's it. If there's nothing in that zip code, you're done. No place to edit zip code to search nearby. Cannot edit anything. Only showed 2 filled positions. If it's already a position that's been filled, why do I even need that info? Don't waste your time. A representative I talked to said she widened work area but still not working.
App is nolonger allowing me to view the actual job postings. It has a screen imposed over the listing that states "want to find jobs near you?" I've deleted the app, signed out and signed back in. Nothing is working. I used to like it but now I have to rely on text messages (which don't provide full details) or inconvenient phone calls as I work overnight most are early morning when I am attempting to sleep. EMAIL PROVIDED FOR HELP DOES NOT WORK.
Got one job for one day and that was it. You cant reach anyone who is going to help with job placements and it just shows one job which is too far away for few hours that nobody wants, as opposed to the many jobs they claim to have ... I have been there for two months...but on job sites they advertise daily that they have many openings...but its a lie π. The app doest offer any settings to make changes for zip codes or make any chages period. Big let down would not recommend.ππ
I don't have a profile and entered my phone number in for verification, no code is sent. When I clicked to have it resent, was told code cannot be sent. I know I entered my number correctly, have service (writing this review from my phone this very moment), so I have to assume there is an error on your end/system.

KEEP YOUR APP NOTIFICATION ON! The app will continously send notifications out for cases in your service area.
This company leaves a lot to be desired. They text you with a "needs list" you confirm how ever you don't get the invitation. There is a huge break down in communication, between the Schedulers and Direct Care personell. There is no accountability, nor is there any reparation offerd. I'm very rarely a person who will give a less than favorable review, how ever there are so many problems or atleast I will say I encountered so many problems with them. I would not recommend them at all.
the app is only showing jobs 50-100 miles away from me, it won't let me do anything to update my profile, can't see more than 2 jobs at a time, and it only shows the start date, hours, and days, but not anything about the families needs. I am extremely disappointed as I was hoping this could supplement my current job, but I guess they don't want people to work through them or they would make the app user friendly.
I do not have access to my profile or setting from the app to be able to change location or any personal information. Once these things are easily accessible without having to utilize the website it will be BETTER!
App Is Not User Friendly- Downloaded App fine, was able to get in using number verification code but could not scroll through posted jobs. There is no way to create login credentials, nor tell what the job applied for entails. Will be deleting, better off using an agency. So disappointed.
requires you to put in your phone number for a verification code before you can do anything, which would be fine if the verification code worked. tried with 4 different codes, all of which told me they werent valid codes, even though it was the exact same number in the text. π‘
I have downloaded the app around 4 months ago clicked on shifts in never get a response for months no work. I was available for shift's soon when posted never picked . Certainly people are locked in with this app. No use to me.
I filled application last but I got a job somewhere and couldn't do the background check. I lost my patient a week ago and all attempts reach them proved futile especially after I downloaded the app and sees job I can't apply for.Am giving 3β because I know something good could come out of this. The sad thing about this is I see my profile on the app but no permission to get a job .Thanks Please I want to know if the number on the setting really works cos I have been calling but to no avail.
The app does bot allow you to add your creditals.When you go to the full site to login it sends you to down load app.This makes no sense.I understand homecare want e eryone to have app but full site sbould still be availble to add creditals since it cant be done on the app.Sent email to help desk and it send back automactic response which still didnt solve issue.
I cannot upload a resume or any other credentials aside from my job title and years of work experience. Also, some of the listings are scams. Worthless app.
It doesnt give me very many opportunities and most of the jobs that do pop up are over an hour or more away from me. When i did click on one that was close by i never heard anything back.
I got notifications to work at a location. my name was not sent there. i wanted to leave but they retained me and I worked 7am to 3pm. all effor to get in touch with someone since thwn has being difficault. i have also accepted advertised position but i was never considered. i dont undeerstand how their system worked.
I have applied for jobs and no one has reached out. I keep getting a text asking me to work those same ones however. I also cannot get any details of the job posting other than location and time. I need further info on clients before accepting a job.
Their base pay is no less than $15 an hr for PCA's. I was a fill in for someone and made $18 an hr for only 5 hours. And I was paid on time as well. The family texted me some days later wanting me to come back, they stated to Homecare HR that I was the best aide they have ever had. And also I get a weekly update for new clients in my area to help out. It's just my availability and it be 12hr shifts for like 4 days out the week. A quick and easy $950 a week.π Thanks HC with love!
applied for a client,given info then was called to say they cancelled same day.have used other sites since then because I've clicked for more openings and no response or someone got job. I have 20+yrs exp..and my time is valuable I took app off my phone for room with 2 other sites that work great,pay well,and contacts you. I may try app 1 more time. No leads or client given I'm Done. Stick with other apps I have
I like the convenience of the checking in and out. I like that it shows job opens however it on shows me jobs that are 50-100 mileage away. over all it's a great app
I really want to work. I've been doing homecare for 15 years now and I love it. Just recently moved to Euless,Texas and I'm looking for clients. Please help because this app is a little confusing.
I receive notifications for out of state care. No opportunities pop up on the app, but there are cases available on other hiring sites.
I had to get a new phone and number. I downloaded the app on new phone, it will not let me put my profile on, no one will call me back to explain if I'm doing something wrong or why it won't let me apply for any jobs because it says there was as n error. No one will call me back so I can tell them my job ended and client went to a nursing home. No one will call me back for ANYTHING. I even emailed the woman that called me at the beginning.. NOTHING. it would be nice if the "contact us" worked!
Why can I not even set up a profile, it says an error has occurred & thts it. Also keeps showing same screen for weeks & the jobs showing are filled.
I've had for a week & still no jobs have popped up. I'm in a major city so I thought there would be more opportunities for work. Also I can't even update my profile to a picture of me instead of the gray blank face.
Since I applied and get the app on my phone I'm unable to pick up any shifts and they keep sending me messages of shifts and unable to accept or login i have called several times any time i called someone will tell me that HR will get back to you i have never worked a shift
great app, and contact is almost immediate after applying for open positions. but the app doesnt allow me to scroll down to see other jobs, i typically can only see one or two jobs. if one or both are filled i can see there is another one available but i can not actually scroll down to see any of it. it is very frustrating π‘ . i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it doesnt help either. if they would fix the scroll problem id give 5 stars!
