The app has stopped working for me and shows no history beyond 5:30pm last night. It won't arm or disarm. I'm incredibly frustrated.
Is this App still supported? It is not working as designed. It will not disarm, it keeps saying panel disarmed but its not...Anything I can do to get this fixed?
With the latest 2.1.4 release the app no longer loads for me to arm/disarm system on my pixel 6. Please fix quickly.
has the feel of a cheap Chinese knock of camera programming, works once in a while, is not real time.

The one positive of this app was the integration with IFTTT. Why was this removed?

This app only works if setting and disarming from the app. It never shows whether I set or disarmed the alarm system from the keypad, and often takes a long time to load.
The app does not work consistently. Continue to receive communication errors so if the alarm goes off the alarm company does not get the notification that the alarm went off and will not call!
Rarely works like it should.

Recent updates have improved the stability and usefulness.

Needs a stay button
Needs a lot of work. Bugs make you have two log in twice everytime you use the app, it's absolutely ridiculous. The pulsing graphics are visible by me, but not those with mild colour blindness. To them it appears static and not working. Bad graphics design. Ugh!
Says armed when disarmed, disarmed when armed. Pretty great for a security app. Customer support is a joke. Don't waste your time to call and complain. They will just say uninstall the app and reinstall it. Clearly the problem based on all the reviews on Google Play.
App will not update the status of the alarm. Turns the alarm off and on when at the house but doesn't connect when away. When it does turn the alarm on it says it's disarmed. Crappy thing is we pay a monthly fee for the phone service to not work
Refuses to log in to. If you select forgot password it will not accept the new password even though it is strong and long. No customer support.
This is just the old app repackaged, it needs a feature to manage zones i.e. bypass a zone remotely.
This app has a major flaw. It won't synch with the keypad in our house. If you arm the system with the keypad and leave, the app still shows the system as disarmed. It works only if you control the system with the app.
The app doesn't allow fingerprint anymore. How do I re-enable? Keeps forgetting to remember password too. Haven't had too many issues once it logs in.
