Works well with the Perfect Touch back massager. The music is nice and relaxing. I wish it had a means of setting the maximum height the neck part goes up to, I guess my neck is shorter than the average as it goes up onto the back of my skull just above the neck which hurts. Seems like since it has the ability to do "spot" on the remote, this would be an easy add.

Good once you figure it out. Tips, even though the FAQ says you can use two devices on the same massager, you can not unless you turn off and release the Bluetooth on the phone that is holding the previous connection, before you reconnect to the new 2nd phone. Make sure the massager is on via corded remote before you open the app. Do not connect via bluetooth settings as you may normally do it, tha app takes care of it. If it helps, im using a Samsung galaxy Fold BT5.0 android.

using a Note 9 for both the back massager and foot massager. the initial pairing worked for the foot massager but not the back massager. ended up uninstalling, clearing memory, then reinstalling to pair both at initial install. once both installed, I find that having them reconnect to the app is impossible. you connect, power on the device, hit the switch on the app and then it auto quits when you access the device on the phone.

Minor bugs. The "SPOT" function in the app needs improving. There are moments that it will work however. Overall, works fairly flawlessly. Surprisingly though. Using the app from another room, you could hear it turn on and ready. Useful actually.

Foot massager will not connect, I installed the app on two phones and did not connect. I will be returning this product back, if app don't work you will need to bend down to adjust setting to the massager as it doesn't come with a remote. The app supposed to work as a remote, not worth it for its high price.

So disappointed. Really love the chair but will probably return it since I could not get the app to take to the chair after it worked once. Sent in the chair after tech support told me it was not the app. Waited and suffered until chair was returned only to have the same experience. It worked once and then never again after deleting and reinstalling app 3 times! The app capability was a big draw for me. What's going on Honedics?

I just bought it the chair connect perfectly but the foot massager doesn't connect at all it only says Bluetooth doesn't work or the device isn't connected I don't know why I'm using a xiaomi mi 8 I disconnected connected the Bluetooth I disconnected and connected to the device and it still doesn't work please fix it it's hard to reach it once you sit down and get your feet in so I would really appreciate it if you fix the problem so I can turn it on from the phone thank you

Connection is horrible. Two different phones and still unable to connect. Connected once and that's it.

It doesn't work most of the time!! And i can't even register it because i get an error message that my email address is incorrect...i used 2 different one's and they were both correct...smh

Don't work. I try to connect to my foot massager and it won't work, i delete the app and reinstalled and still won't work.

Worked great once but no longer works. Tried everything on 2 different phones. Returning product.

Bluetooth feature perhaps works 10 percent of the time with foot massager be sure to have very low expectations when u install it
