I had originally left a 1 star review this is my follow up. This was my 1st time using Homee. It wasn't great. The person who showed up was not qualified. After my review the Homee team called and resolved the problem. They humanized the experience in a way no other app does. They seem to sincerely want their business to work. I ask you give them a try. Yes problems may arise as with anything but they dont leave you stranded. I'm choosing to support them and ask you do the same. Thank you.
I really wanted to use the app. No matter how many times I typed and retyped my information I could not register. Even after I set the password section to "show password" I would accect the terms and it would not let me move further. It kept telling me to that I needed to retype password. I uninstalled and tried again no luck. If there is somthing you can walk me through or if the issues is fixed, I will HAPPILY CHANGE MY RATING. I WANT TO TRY THIS SERVICE.

Definitely one of the easiest apps to use and actually get someone at your door. I got a plumber to fix my toilet in about an hour and the work was pretty great. Homee is one of the best apps for homeowners for sure!
So I downloaded the app and put my information in, all to find that you have no matches for Pgh area. But when I put in a big city like Los Angeles, of course, there's all types of matches for what I need. WASTE OF TIME! You need to stop advertising as if you are national! Your ad should state you only service New York, Los Angeles, & Miami because your co. is greedy..... Smh
Great concept but I don't think anyone looks at job requests. I sent 2 job requests and they both just timed out. I didn't get a notification or any indication that anyone was even on the other end of my request.
Great idea for an app for quick small jobs! Five stars for app idea, three stars for cost effectiveness of two jobs so far. Highly recommend setting job maximum limits or getting quotes or declining approval of a job if cost comes back much higher than expected. Providers will make bill more reasonable if declined and you talk to them. Jobs are billed per minute so each minute needs to count for the effective daily skilled labor rate to be beneficial.
Just downloaded the app, created an account, then when attempting to book a plumbing job I'm told they are not available in my area. I wish the app TOLD me that when I entered my zip code and created the account. All this app did was waste my time.
Way cheaper then the companies who state free estimates. Any legitimate company will not even diagnose the problem with out a nice fee behind it. Avg private contractors are charging $300 plus. That is simply to diagnose. Then labor & parts. I heard of this app from a friend sort of like uber replacing the taxi. It's been great to me and the people I have told.
Its a really awesome with everything helpful and beneficial as it provides handyman,electrician etc anywhere anytime whenever you need them.
First time using app and service and customer service was excellent. They walked me through each step. The plumber was very knowledgeable.

Crashes inconsistency when navigating or just tryong to attempt to uze it. Searches, approving works, closing notifications. Good concept but a pain to use.
Fantastic service from Homee! It's great being able to have all my home repair needs taken of in one place. Hired Homee to place some trim, install a light fixture, and tile repair.

This app is perfect if you are looking to have a job completed in time sensitive window, or if you have a problem over the weekend when other companies are closed. I had an HVAC problem Saturday night and couldn't wait until Monday. The HVAC company that picked up my job from Homee came an hour after I placed my request and was done in less than an hour! I will definitely use the Homee app again and I made the HVAC company (Amazing Air) a favorite so I can use them again too.
had some trouble at first but spoke with customer service and now it is much better. the provider was good as well.
Amazing experience with Homee. Found my guy thru homee who fixed my AC 3 times. Now when I need him I call Homee & they set up a job automatically. Great service!

Dont let the overall rating fool you. The level of Customer Service provided by the Homee staff is definitely unmatched. Even before I finished requesting a work order through the app, someone called me on the phone to confirm and assist, something which has never happened to me using apps like this before. The app did have some technical difficulties which impacted me, that I did share with their Customer Service team and once corrected, I will happily score the app higher.
