Unable to login the app since 5 months. When I checked with the bank, they asked me to change my phone's time settings from automatic to manual. But no luck. If there's any issue with the app then it is the responsibility of the owner of the app to make changes at their end. It is ridiculous to ask customer to adjust the phone settings for the issue in the app.

Bed service... I was requested a document on 24th Feb 2022 means 25th date of month but an employee call me and close my request without my permission as wel as she talk very misbehavely. I was told her to am ready to pay company document request charges but she were not ready to respond me.
After covid lots of bank they have reduced rate of interest but I have called and asked for reduce rate of interest they said on the face cont do it and I have taken top up of 5lk they 12.65 same interest after all done wen came to take a signature they said it's 14% we cont do anything this game they played with me worst experience pls guys don't go for this bank for loan they are cheaters

Made improvement since last review. Thanx. I suggest 2 things. 1 payment, part payment should reflect in account statement within 48 hours. 2 - Notifications should be deleted automatically after 30 days so that clusters of old notifications would not remain there. Thanx again for acting on previous suggesstion.
I am trying to login to my account but unable to login for one month. For the 2 months I was asking for the same but didn't get proper answer . Company is intentionally doing for their own purpose . This is not good policy of company .
Services are not satisfactory
Never trust hffc. subbimeted the documents 6months before my loan has been approved and I got my sanction letter as well but the disbursement is delaying from a month and interesting fact is that nobody know the reason behind this. very much bad customer service. I suggest not to go with this company since the interest is very high and never get a loan. I think they're just collecting our personal documents...
Very worst functionalities in this app as like their bank cust services. They hv only given few options in the service requests and not any cust related query option where customer can raise their request. I wud personally recommend to everyone do not associate with this bank. I am definitely sure go with any other bank other than this, you will get many good services there.They r closing queries without any resolution or even without contacting cust. My recent query -00112561.
Very bad experience with app... I did a partial payment and its not even showing that it has been made or any receipt number... I tried to contact customer service even they are not picking my call
I am not able to login to my account with the correct phone number. Ridiculous. I called the office as well but it's still the same. Even after updating the mobile number I am not able to login. Did reinstalling the app as well.
please don't rely on this finance completely they just stop releasing the amount in the middle of your construction by asking to submit unnecessary documents so they can hike their rate of interest, what i have said above are all my experience with them please don't fall to their cheap tricks.
App is ok, but payment option never works. Ecs is not activated even after 3 months. They keep on increasing the interest rate even if it is way above the market.
From one plus 7 pro Android the app is not opening at all for the last two months. Very bad experience. Hopeless
I can easily put up service requests( for any documents) download SOA, interest and information for the payment made till date without any delay. i can view my balance pending till date. i can make part payment and pay monthly EMI easily if in case it is bounced. i can also call the customer care number from application itself. thank you for making my life so easy. thank you HFFC.
Most worst home loan company ever I have met. They say something else in begining and in the end time of registary they changed there word in " I have informed at the time of document signing but they didn't even mentioned about some issue".
Part payments made through app are not updated in time. It takes almost 12 to 14 days to reflect the same. Instant updation is to be done to avoid confusion in the mind of customer. Rest fine
I have taken home loan with floating interest rate. After government/ bank decreased interest rates 3 times. But no change from company. They says contact branch. Branch people says no change from our HO. very bad.
Custom Support is worst. They will not provide you any access directly from app or website like account statement or related statement. Once you request for account statement or any basic information, they email you to pay @Rs100 everytime for generating the statement.
Very high interest rate compare to other banks. App service also very slow and not user friendly
Very high interst and very worst experience while taken the moratorium scheme . I was not given consent about the loan moratorium amount restructuring method although I was mailed to the respective person about that I was not ready for restructuring but they had forced me to do so .then they made restructuring loan without my permission in my account and formed the other loan acc for the same .so I had to pay lot of interest ... Very worst experience plz do not go with this finance company!!
Very bad experiance. First they ask for loans and at the end time refuse to give a loan. Totally waste of time.

No feature to check remaining months of loan. Too high interest rate.
