2.5 stars. There's 4 or 5 things that majorly cripple the program. If you're doing more than an inspection/week, stick with Home Gauge or another program that's acceptable to you.

Best inspection software on the market!

This software creates great reports and has some cool features. However, it glitches regularly and I've lost inspections that I did with out cell service. Luckily I was still onsite and was able to go back through and take pictures. Now I just take pictures when service is spotty, but then spend 2-3 hours putting report together offsite. Basically, I am thinking about switching cell services to see if that helps.

This software is a great tool for creating an attractive, concise, and accurate inspection report. Tech support is stellar and HHZ is constantly working to improve their product. As for the ads in the free version, in over 130 inspections I have not received a single complaint from any client or Realtor.

Very clean report, well.organised, easy to use. Clients love its easy to understand format.

The app, and the company have been horrible to work with in the last year and a half. I've been ripped off for nearly $800 by them due to a schizophrenic pricing policy.

Best app for home inspectors

We have completed over 1000 inspections using this software and I recommend it highly. As you inspect, The report writes itself using the information you provide only once. Easy to use love the tools

The editing is cumbersome, a simple click edit save would work, as it stands, the whole report refreshes. I like to proof read everything before I send it out. Trying to send my first report and schedule inspections for the week and the server is not communicating. I can see this being great as bugs are fixed. Not sure it is ready for roll out yet as it seems unreliable. Customer service is excellent and very responsive. I'm certainly pulling for this to work flawless in the future.

I am still in the process of learning the software, I must say I am very impressed with the tutorials. I'm very confident that this will be the program I will use in my career as a home inspector. I am looking forward to see the iOS version.

I guess what they say is true. Good things can't be free! I was surprised to see popup ads in my test reports. I understand you can pay to make those go away but it left a bad taste in my mouth. The program crashed in me a few times or their site went down, not sure which. They had some interesting ideas but just not ready for prime time. Maybe in a year or two.
