Love this app. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 bc when I downloaded update it take a couple times to open it. However when it finally opens, no problems.

Have had app for years with no problems. After today, after the latest update, app would crash when I tried to open it in my android phone. Tried to delete and reinstall, but it won't even install. It's stuck on "waiting for download" with full service 4G LTE network connection. EDIT: Had to upgrade to a new, current gen phone and the app works now, but it will NOT work without wifi. I've turned both mobile data and roaming data off and back on, resets, restarts, and I'm on an unlimited plan.

App was fine until latest update. Now it won't open. Immediate "crash"

Easy, and quick for us older patrons.

I like this app and when it works, it's great... however, on a regular basis it will stop working and then I have to uninstall and reinstall. It's so random, so I never know when it will happen and a couple of times I needed to get in there quickly.. not convenient to have to uninstall and reinstall quickly...

Got it to load one time, worked one time to make a deposit. Got the proverbial login, email, phone number loop issue. Deleted from phone, tried to reinstall- nada. Call me when you can do real banking. Update- loaded it again and it still sucks as bad as before.

Seems to be unavailable a lot, and requiring an additional password to transfer money to accounts is unnecessary. Glad it is finally more "real time" though. Overall a good app and useful.

App worked 2 days ago now I can't use the app anymore... all I get is a white screen with a icon.. I've uninstalled and re installed 5 times.. dont know if it is incapable with thr new samsung 22ultra... but it worked before...

Seems like every update crashes the thing. Now it wont open at all. How many times do I need to uninstall and reinstall hoping this thing will work?

Besides being very limited, this app doesn't work now.

This app has not worked for multiple days. I've left feedback multiple times and sent an email trying to figure out what my next step should be. I have received no answers. I will be happy to update my review when this problem is remedied.

I'm completely locked out of my online banking. Use to work fine but now I need to verify a code through my phone number and my phone is shut off so no way to receive the code through calls or text and there's no other options to change this

App is not working at all. Error message says it has a security violation. Anyone know what's going on?

love this!! I can always check on my cash and pay Bill's with the click of a button as much as I want without bothering the workers over and over.

This update has totally screwed me up.. can't even reload it after it stopped working 3 days ago!!!! Not real happy about it!!😡😡😡😡

Great app to manage my bank account

this is trash i have wasted my time creating a profile and go to log in and then it asks for email and phone number and takes me back to the log in screen just to make me do it over and over and never letting me look at my info only gave it a star only so i could write a review

It's a nice place to belong to.im ex cited my boss introduced me to the known bank.

Continually has problems opening.

Have used this app for a long time and have had no issues but after the latest Samsung update it is no longer working

Unable to get passed second screen after login where it requests email and day phone. Takes me right back to login screen.

love the app makes it easy for me to keep track of my $ and paying the bills.

Had the app, it worked. Notification said update needed. Updated, now app doesn't work. Uninstalled.

Ease of use and so simple. Love that it allows you to move your money from one account to another ( checking to savings).

This app is terrible every time I get logged put i have to spend hours on the phone with a customer service representative to get back into it I would not reccomend
