Horrible set up takes forever to add accounts to use. It's very confusing and not straight forward at all.

Everything is great. The only thing I wished it did had where we can see our account number and routing number on the app as well.

Only complaint is the sensitivity of swiping right. The menu is activated way to easily from the left. I am constantly getting rid of the menu when I'm just trying to scroll down. If you could adjust that it would be great!

The "redesign" is absolutely HORRIBLE. When I tap to get activity, it takes 2-3 minutes before it shows activity. Also, the alerts I have set up do NOT work. For example, a debit in excess of $1 is to send me a text, but it does NOT. I have had a lot of transactions clear recently and not one alert was sent. The app is almost unusable. First Comm messed up BIG time with this redesign.

The app is easy to manuver and shows balances in real time

It's very easy to work with and all the tools needed is there to get your things done

I know my password, I even wrote it down when I made it. The app and website keeps telling me it's wrong. And when I clicked "forgot my password" and put in my correct login ID it kept saying wrong password.. like its an ID not a password what the heck.. Now it's saying "an unknown error has occurred."

Easy to understand and use

Was awesome! NEW update and I can't log in here or on website. BEWARE! Customer support doesn't know fix. Says it is a technical issue. Well obviously!!

The redesign is horrible! I can't figure out how to deposit checks any more and everything takes forever to load! I don't know why they broke something that worked so well.

So I guess you'll never fix the check deposit problem. You can't deposit a check anymore over the app.

I've never had any issues with this app I love it

Not much to say- I love the features available and I feel it's pretty easy to maneuver through.

No Keyboard!!!!! How the hell are we suppose to bank if we can't enter an amount

Garbage, I would give ZERO stars for this new App, credit union was in the stone ages before and still is. Absolutely horrible, time to switch to another bank.

Chat bubble is always in the way when using the app. The app is usable but this is annoying.

I like it it's simple easy and quick just don't like when the app is down due to technical support on behalf of FCC

I have this chat bubble stuck on my bottom right corner it block buttons that you need to use. I can seem to find a way to get rid of it

Terrible. I've never used an app so completely not user friendly. Like how can I just not link my bank? I think my dog could code something better

Love the bank itself, very personable and go out of their way for you, especially the Kutztown Branch!!! Been a member for ages and more to come...
