Again I had a very bad experience. I purchase be she magic hair brush combo. Today I received the product all damaged with water . The outer box as well as all the three products are wet . And also the product is useless. hair dryer is too small, hair brush doesn't do straightening much and the curler is just for showcase. I will never ever buy anything from homeshop18 in future. goodbye.

I had purchased a Bose headset of Black colour and received a headset of Red colour. Struggling to contact them. The numbers provided are not in use, wrote a mail to the email address of customer care that was given in the app, but the mail has bounced back. Wonder how to contact them to get the product exchanged.

I was using your app earlier and have ordered products a few times. Products are good , i m still using them. Now I have installed the app again, so it isnt working properly. It keeps buffering and showing *updating the deals and offers*. I have installed it 2 times but it is showing the same. Please make some correction to your app so that many can use it properly.

Worst app experience ever. Doesnt allow me to sign up or search anything as a guest. I wonder why they even made an app when they didnt want to provide any interface or shopping facility... irritable is the least i can say

Best online app. I have been buying everything for my house since a very long time ( more than 5 years ) . And i have never ever got disappointed. I recommend everyone to buy anything except electronic products like mobile and all these kind of stuff., but u can buy kitchen appliances, bedsheets , certains and all these kind of stuff without any doubt.

App is not working properly...only buffering.... I installed this app several times but same problem occurs.... Homeshop18 is a fabulous channel and ordered many times from TV channel.... But this app is very very bad..... Plz do correction in your app so that many people can use it.

I just hate the application. Believe me don't buy anything from this application. 1). Didn't get any email/sms notification on the purchase. 2). They suppose to deliver the item by 10thDec but failed and I did't get any update from them as well. 3). All the provided customer care contact numbers are either not working or invalid. There is no way to contact them. 4). Even during the registration on portal, I am not getting OTP. Do you have any process which is working absolutely fine. I didn't get my order in first place, after I canceled the product I didn't get any notification when I am going to get my refund. Your customer care no. are not working. No reply on my online complains i sent to your email.

Horrible and Worst Experience, as they have delivered me wrong product after 18 days of order, that I have already paid for, and now saying that your order is out of stock.They asked me if I keep the wrong order with me, they will give me extra discount. But that extra discount coupon never came. Worst customer service experience. They did nothing even after complaining again and again. horrible experience with the shopping as they have delivered me wrong product after 20 days of order that I have already paid for and now saying that your product is out of stock. its worst app ever i have seen. i request you all to never buy a singlee thing from them. i ordered induction cooktop but i got it twice damage pis. And now they helping me to returne this. It has third classs services. i will never buy anything from you. You have to work on your product which you deliver. I think that you delivered all damage products. Only because of you people afraid from online shopping.

It was a good platform to buy apparels, it is not anymore. Forget about buying stuff, the app just keep buffering and the deals aren't updated. It takes like forever to select a item and finalize. Worst app ever.

This new updated app is creating a problem...videos takes ages to open up n images don't open up. How am i suppose to look for the offers n options available if it doesn't open up. Only 1st pages is visible.

App is good but response is worst. Recently I placed ordered 3 times. Two times my products were delivered on time. Third time they cancelled my order and did not refund my money, there is no response on phone, which is always busy and no response on email also. I ordered on June 16, 2019, it was cancelled by them on July 4, 2019, but no refund till now and no response. If you are ordering it will be at your own risk. You may get it or may not get it.

BAD customer service..until u place order everything is fine as soon as online payment is done there's no assistance from the customer service team. You'll have to keep following up on your order but no response from them. Hard time to even connect to customer service guys. I did online shopping made payments but there's no acknowledgement from their end. Failed calling customer service guys since 48 hours. I made wrong choice of shopping with these guys.

Earlier there was a website for Home Shop 18,but i don't know for what reason,they have removed the website and created an app for it,so i thought of installing the app and then searching for items which i want to purchase online.But after installing the app,when i tried to open it,constantly,a small red 'round' thing in the middle of the screen is moving and below it is showing 'updating',but no items or options or picture or menu,nothing is there in the app.

I ordered 51 decor room set it was of bad quality when I placed return order they never came to collect my parcel... Executive also gives wrong information.... Whenever u call them on their complain no. Either they are busy or they are unavailable.. Worst site with worst service.. I recommend you to never choose this shopping app.. This is the first time i have ordered in home shop after seeing the ad in tv . I ordered for 3 & 2 L shrusti pressure cooker on December 7 2018 ,but till now there is no sign any delivery though they have promised the delivery will take place within two working days. Most importantly i had paid the amount through net banking. So kindly deliver the product as early as possible.

Very worst customer care options in the app.nothing works. No proper communication regarding orders placed. Developers of app or website , please look into this issue. Unable to contact anyone.. customer care number doesn't work. No reply to my mail. Also money has been deducted from my account for my order. But order is not processed. No proper communication. I want refund of my money. Someone give me valid customer care number.

Never and ever try to download this app, these people are fraud people. I order a product from this but couldn't able to deliver the product and refund is also processed almost 2 months passed till now no response.i tried to call and write so many emails but no reaction from them. zero rating. it is the worst app i have used in my life. had ordered wow combo hair products on 18th june and they failed to deliver the product and returned the product giving reason that my door was closed and they attempt 3 times. but i did not get a single call nor msg that my order was getting delivered and i had given my office address so how come the door was closed??? have reordered again on 3 july still no confirmation on order. contact numbers not working of homeshop18

I have used the app previously . But due to change of the mobile set and not used for long time , after reinstalling the app it's not at all working.plese sort it out as soon as possible

Very bad experience i ordered lotus cream combo and made online payment but the payment got declined by your side and the amount got deducted from my bank still I didn't got my payment back.And when I call your customer executive I was unable to connect. My concern is how to connect with your customer executive. In my orders it is showing two order one is showing expected delivery September 3 and the other one is showing decline. Very disappointed with your service.

I was suppose to receive a refund from ur team since i received an incorrect product and was asked to keep it as refund would be provided, but its been more then 15days the amount is not credited, neither the contact numbers given on the apps or msgs work, the email also bounces back. looks like its fraud. I need my money back

Worst online shopping app,Deserves 0 star. Bad quality products and worst customer service. I have ordered Acupressure Slippers,size 5 ie Small as per their size chart for my Mother in law. but I have received 2nd time larger size and I want to exchange this, but they have no policy to pick up my product from home. Sincere request to all customers - please do not purchase anything online from this app/website. Your amount will get debited but you will not receive anything. There is no communication, invoice etc from the company's end. All the telephone lines are also not working. This company has either become bankrupt or fraudelent.
