Ordered Glaxy Z Fold 3 on 30th nov 2021, and was told that it would be delivered in 4-7 working days. Didnt get it, and after 15 days, was told it may still take 4 more days. Cancelled it, and was told it will take 7 days for refund. Been 20 days, & i have not been refunded back my 300,000 rs. Never pay in advance to these people. Absolutely horrible customer service. There is a reason why people have zero trust in online shopping.
Farigh (useless) app. Looks like somebody just linked it to your webpage, even fonts are not displaying properly. It was constantly crashing after installation, thus was forced to remove it with 1 star, that too because there is no zero star option in playstore
I think these are scamer I ordered a mobile from them they didn't deliver yet customer service support giving excuses over excuses they give me a tracking id but when i put in tcs tracking no data record is found they scammed with donot order from them. I have all the prove call records money transfer receipt.
Okay,Time to change the review. I ordered Samsung galaxy buds + at 24th of July and somehow I got it today 12th of August. Beside of late delivery and ignoring my mails, the product is very fine and the packing was also awesome. Hopefully, I'll get the next order at time.
Homeshopping.Pk is a good online shop but a bit expensive, app is superb but takes time to load items.and has one product multiple times and different price which is sketchy.over all good seller.delivery time is long.
Good but very bad delivery service.. They make their customer wait a long time ... and whenever i call for an update, they keep changing the delivery dates ..yet i didn't receive my parcel🙂
Never placed order but, THIS APP DON'T ALLOW YOU TO GO SEE PRODUCT DETAILS BY TAPING ON IT (in wishlist and cart). YOU HAVE TO GO AND SEARCH BY NAME IN ORDER TO RECHECK THE SPECS OF WHAT YOU HAVE IN WISHLIST OR CART....**PLEASE PAIR THIS**
Plz add option cash on delivery. Because I don't trust online shopping apps. Also post only real photos of things plz.
Prices were ridiculously high and the app crashed repeatedly. Definitely not worth it.

Never order from homeshopping. Bunch of non-professional lazy guys. Dont pick your call. Cant tell the status of delivery. No email, text or notification regarding your order. They should stop selling online. Its not their cup of tea. Online stores reply thousands of people daily humbly because its all about customer service. These guys dont care. They take bad reviews, complains, texts, orders from people, work on them but just bcz these lazy creatures cant reply, they are ok with bad image. 👎
Don't ever buy anything from these guys. They have the worst service in Pakistan. I have waited for my parcel 15 days only thing they did to make excuses. Now i am waiting for my refund from last 7 days they are still making excuses. So never ever buy anything from them. Pathetic.
Swear by the reseller, not by their App. It Was refreshing to see a UI implementation that made sense (compared to other competing apps) but however my praise remains short lived for now. Crashed in less than a minute's use. Couldn't even perform a simple search. A pop up keeps glitching onto the keyboard. Please rectify the oversights. Edit : Email with attached video sent as instructed. Great to know you're active, and prompt! Tried clearing cache, didn't help for now.
