App is great for sending clients a quick peak at properties. Otherwise will not be using any other features or paid features. The generated leads commonly do not wanted to be contacted, had false phone numbers, and were not pre qualified. Not worth the money at all. The customer service has been difficult to get a hold of to cancel accounts.

Well laid out app and easy to navigate. Impossible to add friends and send messages within the app. When attempting to add friends it just redirects to the app with no option of adding someone. No work around through the website, no way of fixing the issue in app. No notification to accept friend request. Please fix

The app overall is nice and helpful. Its east to navigate and search. However recently, it is showing active listings that arent accurate, when you click on the lsiting sometimes it comes up and says "view current listing" and the home has been sold MONTHS ago. If its sold and is off the market, WHY is it showing as active?? Fix please!

It's fine when it works. Though the first time it loads up, if I search something, then it freezes up. Have to restart, sometimes clear the cache, etc. Pretty annoying.

Almost none of the features work. It's not intuitive, and therefore it is frustrating. The 'messages' section just sends emails; what a useless feature.

Don't even bother with this app as a real estate agent stay away from it For 2 years in a row they continued To charge me and will not stop and will not take my card off file. I even emailed them about a month ago and asked them please do not charge me and they did it anyways. They cannot guarantee my money back quickly so I'm gonna get charged $35 every day because they overdrafted my account by $300.

Homesnap is a great companion to have as a real estate agent. You can search properties, agents, send your listings, find leads, sync hour social media, ask for reviews, etc. I really like it a lot!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! they screwed up my Google business page and there doesn't appear to be a way to cancel the subscription. I see several FB posts where others can't reach anyone either nor can they cancel their subscription

It's not the same!! Something changed. Don't download app! If I'm looking in 1 state why are you showing me another state? Also it doesn't filter anything. You keep seeing the same thing in that same order which will cause you to miss newly posted listings that were shown on another app

Easy to look through information and filter search. Difficult to narrow down, whereas redfin has a heart/x-out option, I wish this did too. Also wish you could swipe through pictures of a listing upon clicking it rather than having to open the photo library.

Useless to find active listings. I find homes "for sale" on my (android) app and share them with my wife sitting next to me. When she opens her (iOS) app it shows they are not for sale. I am seeing a lot of listings but my wife sees very few. Maybe she is seeing the actual active listings and I am seeing old ones (even though it says "for sale" in big green letters) which would explain why I'm seeing more. This happens consistently. Since the results aren't reliable, I can't trust the app.

Been using for a few weeks. Pathetic interface. Not at all intuitive. Switching back to Zillow.

This app is super easy and updates way faster than any other house market app I've ever used! I've found and purchased my dream house. And my realtor who showed me the app was fabulous!

Words cannot discribe how much I hate... No, loath this app. From the app not sending verification codes to verify my account, to not allowing me me to apply. Even when I tried to use the messaging system, the bot kept saying it couldn't understand me and to type "help" If I wanted to speak to support and support never contacted me at. I lost a house trying to get on the app to apply and the listing is now gone. I been living in a hotel for a year and all these apps are garbage. Zero stars.

I am so excited to have found this application! The realator actually gets back with you immediately when you inquire on a property! Highly recommend!

Need more options to filter homes. For example, homes I've already looked at and don't like, I should be able to click i don't like it so it goes away and doesn't keep ending up in my feed!

This app works relatively well. It has a good search function, easy to navigate, and on par with MLS listings (obviously with some limitations). My only recommendation for this app is better home suggestions or a better way to ensure the homes you get through the newsfeed are in line with what you want to see vs whatever is available in the area. I'd also like to see an added search function for open houses (unless I missed it somewhere).

Overall this app is great in so many ways. Loads quickly, quick response to questions asked, listings are always up to date. The one thing I DO NOT like is the way over edit on the pictures of the homes. Someone really needs to lay off the contrast while editing. Natural picture is so much better. Seriously, please stop over contrasting the photos. You don't even know what the true color is. Just stop.

I love the concept of Homesnap but I have trouble using it. It often doesn't seem to respond to my prompts - i.e. it doesn't always give me the price, or if it is off market there's no explanation, I have trouble getting it to give me the 'near me' homes and doesn't make it clear what I'm supposed to push on the map to identify my vehicle. I do really like the camera feature to bring up a listing, very convenient. .

Interesting app, though there could be a few improvements. I'd like to see a filter that applies to the feed of new homes showing up on the market. Also, for whatever reaso, the feed seems to be limited to 3 zip codes, which seems unnecessary from a user perspective. More filter options in the search feature would be appreciated (garage, pool, etc...). I'd also like a way to dismiss houses you're not considering to reduce clutter, like the opposite of a favorite.

Not a fan of this. At all. First, the app itself is a bit slow and buggy. It took several tries to 'sign up' with the verification code. Then the profile picture thing is both buggy and annoying. Usage wise, it's essentially just zillow mixed with mls. Again, no thanks. Last but certainly not least, I don't need yet another app running on my phone 'just in case' my client sends me a message through it.

This is the worst UI that I've ever come across. It has multiple features and no clear way of navigating the application. It is nowhere close to being intuitive. I can't use the agent features on a browser, and many of the menus are circular taking me right back to where I was. Also the back button doesn't just go back one page it takes the user all the way back to the main page!

This app has really gone downhill in the last 3 weeks. I don't even want to use it anymore. 1)SO many ads and news in the home screen feed. I use this app to connect with clients and other REALTORS, and see homes. If I want news or soliciting services I have other apps. 2) Messages won't refresh properly. 3) There is a lag in updating the system-properties are entered into the MLS and pop up on other home search apps but not on homesnap until the next day.

Why doesn't the "notify me of changes" work?? That would be a great feature if it ever worked. I tend to also get multiple listings of the same home (as high as 7!). I've had to uninstall many times. I want so badly to like this app. Other sites are also better at keeping more current so again, not sure if an app delay or realtor delay.

Doesn't actually have friend functionality. When you add a friend, all it does is send a text with a link to download the app. It doesn't actually connect to each other. Have sent from my phone and from my fiancé's phone hoping it would link us... It didn't. Very misleading. Also, we need the option to hide houses we're not interested in.
