This is an awful app to replace the old Garden State MLS app for Realtors. What is even worse is I am forced to pay for this.

Waist of time. On a regular PC shows much more properties here only 70% of A/US/UC . What happen to sold properties? no comps? I can't share with clients proper information unless if i go to other apps or Google. This GSMLS app should grab IDX feeds like RPR does from solds and actives and give AVP. This is 21st century already we need up to date technology I am not paying for this.

When you know there are listings in Longhill and they don't show it is only frustrating, not useful.

Doesn't show listings I know are available. Overall not user friendly.

The most simple function would be to say show me all listings in a town. And you cannot even do that. I just reinstalled this listing and it quickly reminded me why I uninstalled it the first time.

I wish I could share the listing via text with my clients

Couldn't figure out how to find rentals. Doesn't seem to have that options. Doesn't help for this search.

Can't pull up all listings

You can't search by mls# or by towns, they need to improve those serch to be a goog app.

You can search for properties, you can even see pictures of the properties. but once you've done that you can't do anything with that information. You can't save a list of the properties. You can't send them to your client. you can't save a search. you can't create custom carts, if you're working with multiple clients. it was really almost a waste of time. because now I need to sit down at a computer and do it all again.

With todays technology Realtors who are paying clients of the MLS, have to pay to use an app that is in the stoneage compared to todays technology. There is no way to make changes to your listings from the app. which is also slow.

Tried to actually use it and I keep getting "that's embarrassing...problem with server". For a paid app that is unacceptable as it's the second day I have seen it happen.

More than half the time get that is embarrassing message. Waste of money. Will warn others.

I find what I need and can share with my clients easily.

Why pay when as a Realtor there are free apps that are much better.
