map is unusable and frustrating. everytime you try to move up/north on the map it refreshes the page so each time goes back to listings; not user friendly. App is also quite slow responsive-wise. shame; but just use a pc/computer as the company itself are good.
Definitely needs refining and obviously the app developer has no Homestay Host experience otherwise the bugs would have been worked out. I went to the payment tab and was stuck there and Couldn't back out when I started to change my banking info but then changed my mind. I had to uninstall and Install it again to get back to the Homestay page and out of the Payoneer page, very frustrating and unnecessary time consumption. I suggest you consult someone who has hosted on AirBnB & Homestay!!!
Total waste of time , customer care is worst. My account got deactivated when contacted the CS the answer is we don't need to tell you why we deactivate , if they want to operate so discreet pls do so but do not waste time of others by sending emails abt account activity etc. I am never gonna use this app or suggest to someone else, it was not useful in the last one year but wasted my two days figuring out the issue
No one reacts to any request. Having contacted numerous possible hosts, not even one of those declined, nothing. No activity check or measure. Only very few hosts had recent reviews, posted in 2021. Could have been a brilliant website.
I downloaded this app. But it is not displayed as in app store icon. Instead the app is downloaded as a webpage shortcut. Looks like Android logo. Not like the app you got it here on playstore.
The app does not work. Map is unusable. The service itself is great, but it's almost impossible to use it via the app, you need a computer.
Price shows on a rental 26 dollars per day yet when go to buy at checkout it show rate changing to $75 O_o (Best to Avoid this site) I have better secret connections and if you smart you will know where else to look as well.
The app is terrible. It's basically the website and I have to relog every time I open it.
Upon paying, the app completely changes and transforms into some weird FIS security website, unaffiliated with Homestay and you're basically done.

It won't allow me to sign up. Keeps asking for my email each time after submitting. I tried signing up several times and ended giving up
Please fix the map feature. I can't choose accomodation using the map. It brings me back to thr main page.

It's not an app - it's only the link to their webpage. For 15% booking fee I would expect all payment to go through the app. Although the hosts are welcoming, you can easily fall for a scam without knowing and left with no room at your stay! Better protection to both parties is urgently needed. Because this is not an app, you can't get notifications either... You always need to check if anyone has replied! Works best on desktop so I don't understand why you created this app...
