Don't know if you are aware but your mobile telephone applied (android 10) is absolutely and completely unusable. I have wasted over an hour trying to get it to work as I'm very keen to move my home for personal, tragic reasons. I have tried on numerous occasions to get it work but to no avail. It's only my pressing need that has prompted me to reinstall your useless and, frankly, pointless mobile telephone application and try l, try and try again to get it to work. For example, I am, naturally,

Outrageously clunky and defective. For example, when you build a profile on the website, it tells you can not message other people until your landlord approves your account. This pops up every time you try to message someone... and that's fine.... but if you try the same thing with this app, IT PRETENDS THE MESSAGE HAS BEEN SENT AND ALL IS WELL. That is, of course, until you try and see your messages. Good luck! How and why they overlooked the central feature of the app I will never understand.

Worst site ever .. not easy to navigate, can't upload photos to your profile without issues, no notifications until hours later re messages. Set your settings for homes you may like or suit your requirements and you end up with a whole load of properties not suitable. Now, you can't even access the app. I had to uninstall and reinstall. I am now using FB pages set up for swapping .. so much easier

This is the worst app I've ever had the misfortune dealing with. It's so buggy it's unreal. Constantly having to re sign in, constantly freezes, messages take forever to come through, doesn't showcase photos properly because it crops the hell out of them, the search function is awful, constantly shows you the same properties even though you've down voted, shows you people with half an add who haven't logged in for months. I could go on, but I wont. This app is exhausting!

A complete waste of time. The app just doesn't work. My "matches" appear to have posted several photos of their homes but you are unable to view any of them. The layout if the app is extremely basic and appears to have had no maintenance done to it since I last used the app about 4-5 years ago. I'll be deleting the app and speaking to my landlord instead about arranging a swap through them

So basic and some buttons don't even link you to another area of the site. You can only do so much and not enough to consider a swap with another property. The app also crops uploaded photos massively so the rooms look smaller and more cramped than they are. When you write a message, on my phone you can't even see what you've written until you've sent it. It's been the same way for years, I'm baffled as to how they haven't managed to sort the app issues in all that time. Useless really.

It's worst app l have ever seen. It's frozen all the times. Not showing houses on the map. Copying-pasting feature disabled so you can't even copy-paste the address on the map. new messages is not shown in bold or highlighted. When messaging, it's not shown which is you which is the other person. You mix up. almost useless Premitive designe. Councils shouldn't pay a penny to them as app hasn't impoved. Just useful for getting notifications and then goin to their website which is slightly better.

App almost unfit for purpose. If you wanna update details it takes you to the desktop site where you have to log in. If you wanna check your new matches in message section it once again takes you to the desktop where you have to log in again. Unless you crop your photos to landscape it turns them sideways (obviously difficult when viewing other people's photos) When you try to message someone its comes up blank so you have to guess if you're typing word correctly as it only shows after its sent

Seriously needs an update. Update layout and search process. Slow and out dated. Fields of selection to wide or too narrow. Far too many steps to find multi swaps. Needs to show the actual possibilities.

its good that there is an app to keep on top of searches easily. App itself is fine although pretty temperamental , but rather feels like an Instagram site loads of likes show each day but little in the way genuine interest or serious swappers, but thats not the fault of the App. There is an option in which the swapper ticks "just looking or serious swapper" but that is reliant on the honesty of the swapper.

the app constantly crashes, when trying to write a message, your words do not appear??? So you can't read along as you write, so your guessing. I can't send pictures through the message function. It's really messing things up for me because i really need to move, to be close to family for support with my disabled son. I will have to ask my landlords to help

The principal is good but the functions are not good. If you are making headway with a swapper, go by email, not site, again it should delete people who have not been on site for ten weeks or more, use it for first instance then go vial email or text to avoid frustration. Needs updating badly

It's a horrible app. you have to log in every time you use it, which is super annoying. You can't access dashboard. It tells me I have messages but new ones don't show up until hours or days later. it's pretty useless really. Easier to log into mobile website.

This app is the worst thing on my phone. It rarely signs in now, it recently deleted all messages and will not let me access them now so who knows if anyone wants my flat. I can't search for properties as there are options missing so the search doesn't complete. Absolutely pointless and infuriating because I'm trying to swap my home.

Freezes and you have to keep reinstalling it and it still does not work. You end up using the website on Google to log in. It also is very slow to load. Once on the app you have a lot of people who are not serious about swapping get cold feet. Do not reply to you.

It does not let me upload pictures! Massive glitch and super annoying!!! I cannot even send pictures via private messages. I have to ask people's phone number or email for me to be able to send them pictures! Sent an email to Homeswapper - NOTHING!! Very disappointed with this app! Better luck on facebook....

Getting worse. Every time I open the app it's telling me I haven't filled in all my details - when I have years ago. Keep getting redirected to the main site which works absolutely fine! Also please sort out the photo download issues as they seem to get distorted.

This app has not been updated since 2017! It was working, albeit badly, but has now stopped completely, you just get the Home Swapper purple screen with the logo on. I'm not impressed, so I will uninstall it and just go online on a desktop to use it instead of my phone. Big thumbs down!

This app is difficult to use. It keeps shutting down. I've got the up to date version so it's not that. It won't recognise places, won't let me save searches. It's awful. I would love to be able to use this app to hopefully swap but it won't work.

Been using this app for sometime. Just started to get a swap sorted and app has shut me out. Each time I log in it says I have to pay a fee but won't let me do anything. Have messages waiting but can't access them. Tried to contact homeswapper site but hear nothing back.

Freezes everytime I want to search for a property. Doesn't allow me to select properties. Only thing I can do is look at properties which have been the same for 3 years with no new properties added on my criteria. Definetly nothing working in the background. Not a working app.

Still rubbish sign in don't work. Have to reset password every time. Utter, utter rubbish. Uninstalled app. Still can't get o with web site and the app will not te upload. Says pending gor hours on end still fed up with having to re-set password. Just about every ********* time. Deleting the stupid app.

It's a good app which does benefit people who already have gardens etc but if your trying to swap your garden less home for a home with garden space then this prob won't work for you. I would say the negative reviews are going to be from people who are either to picky or just not getting what they want because it has nothing to do with the app as I think the app is actually pretty well put together.

The site is joke Even after begrudgingly paying for the app. 3 months. I still can't get into the bloody app. And nor can I get a refund. The app constantly crashes. And now I been ripped off. £12.99. All i wanted is to pay for something that works. And to find a house swap.

App keeps crashing needs updating what is going on with this app??? Now it's asking for a 12 letter and numbers for new password. Yet it does not accept the new password. No response from anyone regarding all the issues. Either fix and update or disband this worthless app. Really fed up and dissatisfied with homeswap.
