Hometown Bank Mobile

Was working okay, sometimes would freeze or not let me access. However, after being notified to update...I went to, and it froze. I then restarted my cell. I then Uninstaller ap. And tried to reinstall...still was not working. I emailed service. No response. I called customer service, and she said my cell needs to be updated. I checked and told her I did these things and that my phone is up to date. I emailed again. Still no access to my bank account...

*Problem has been resolved* Didn't have a problem with this app until the last update, now when I open the app, it tells me to update. I go to update and it is up to date. I have tried restarting my phone and it is the same loop.

This app is terrible. My old app worked fine, and now this app has installed itself and I cannot access my account. It keeps telling me that I need to update it and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it still doesn't work horrible app

I've never seen past the opening screen or ever even seen the login screen because it doesn't open, it just keeps crashing. I hope they figure it out soon.

App glitches everyday. Fingerprint login option doesn't show up. Have to close and open app several times to get it to show up.

Terrible. I can't login. Keeps telling me that there is an update available. Tried Uninstalling and installing it and same thing. Tried restarting phone... Same. Running on moto z4 with android 10

I have the same problem as everyone below in the past month. White screen that is continuously loading. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, with no luck. This app is trash.

Makes life so much easier . Although the camera process and lining up can be a true nightmare. There has to be an easier or newer version ?

I'm having an issue even getting the app to load to my phone can anyone offer any advice I've tried rebooting my phone canceling it shutting the app all that stuff but it still won't download

I updated the app a month ago, and suddenly it's not letting me use it all telling me I need to update again, but there's no new update even available. It worked wonderfully before this week!

This app no longer works. For the past week, when i sign in, it just takes me to a blank white page that appears to be constantly loading.

App works great. People who have issues likley are not using a secure connection. It downloaded for me in 30 seconds.

I cant even get into the app it keeps crashing on the main screen over and over again.

New to Hometown and cannot manuver the login and Password and sign in. Banks are closed appointment ONLY to reset account was locked need to schedule appointment. I'm sure it will be simple to resolve

Can't sign in at all. Just opened my account and have no way to check my balance. I hate guessing games.

I love it it gives me the freedom to do a transfer from one account to another. I definitely recommend using the Hometown Bank app

Can't even open app after update and dates constantly being charged after things already processed thru causing to get charged an overdraft fee

Constantly login issues. Very frustrating.

What the hell.. it says to update..and its already been updated.. now I can't check my accounts. VERY FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW.
