The app is really easy to use when it wants to work. Since I've updated to Android 12 the app doesn't want to log me in even when I know my password is right and it crashes, sending me back to the login screen. I've had great performance outside of that though.
The app quit working on my Galaxy Tab S7 FE. I sent an email to support on May 11th. No response. On May 16 I called for tech support. I was told this was the FIRST occurrence of the app not working on tablets that she had heard. She told me to uninstall/reinstall. I told her that the Google Play Store no longer shows a PERSONAL Banking mobile app when searching by my tablet. Her response was use web browser! No indication of when/if the app will be updated.
Once the issues were fixed with the app everything is working nicely, with extra added features than before. The only down fall was simply how long it was down. But everything is running in tip top shape now.
It never opens anymore after last update. It's so frustrating. What's the point in having this app if I can never get it to work. I always end up having to delete it then reinstall the whole thing.
I have had so many issues with the app over the the years. Most frequently, it forgets my login info and won't let me log back in even with the correct information. I have had to reset my password and security questions way too many times
App no longer works at all. No response from support. "Application has violated security policies" is the message that I receive. Tried uninstalling and reinstall but get same message.
Great easy to use and work.UPDATE: Now that I have been using worked fine up until a year ago now stops and won't open especially if you need to check your balance or transfer funds. I am going to delete it and reinstall but finally just opened over browser on my phone. Very disappointed. Update 3/1/22. Now won't even open. Just gives blank screen. Worse ban app ever!!! I hate it! My other banking apps work great! Why can't you fix this!!!!!!
The most inconsistent app. Will it work today? Who knows. Just upgraded my phone and now the junk won't even work. It won't open at all. I have deleted and reinstalled just to be welcomed by the same disappointment.
Worked fine until the new update now it just goes to a white screen until i exit. Uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times and still nothing.
Constantly have to enter a verification code which gets highly irritating, I just want to check my balance.
App suddenly doesn't work anyore and only shows a white screen. Useless.
Very easy to use. Provides us with the ability to move money from account to account and easily provide for unexpected expenses.
Been over a week and app is still not working. I'm considering switching to another bank. I refuse to go online every time I need to check my bank account info. Idk how long HomeTrust will be in business if they can not get this under control asap. I'll give them about another week to get the app fixed before I close my account and go to another bank. 👍👍👍
I have the new Samsung s22plus and this app will not open. I have done several things to try and make it work, however nothing works. I never had issues on my Samsung s20.
Once again. An update and over a month without being able to use the app. Developers really ought to test app before release on ALL platforms.
Haven't been able to use the app in the last few weeks, crashes. Looks like it is time to find a new bank.
I've got the app to work correctly and it's a great app for all my banking needs.
Continue to have problems with this App opening. It locks up my Android which is current on all its updates. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just want to handle bank activity on the go. Please make this update more user friendly and available as an App. I had high hopes but still not opening after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, assuming the update would be there in the Google app store.
After last update I can no longer use the app on any of five devices. Called the number for help. He was surprised I was having a problem. Hadn't heard that before. Eventually told me it only works with Android 8 and above, but I am running 10 on my tablet, and it won't run without crashing. Rep told me maybe the app folks would come up with a fix. I have no way to do mobile banking with HTB, so I have to use another bank now to handle deposits, etc. I am totally unimpressed with HTB updates.
After update today app will not open and locks my phone with a white screen for about 30 seconds or more

Changed my rating after new update. Like the new features. Thank you for fixing it.
Apps been broken for 2 weeks for andriods. They've yet to fix it. I'm seriously considering change banks at this point.

Moved app to my new S22 ultra and dam app won't open. Tried deleting and reinstalling still won't work. Was happy with the app until now. What the time frame for the next update?
Cannot open the app on my Motorola phone. Sends a quick message about Android debug...too fast to read.
It's easy to use and like that I get notifications for purchases which keeps me informed of my transactions. For those who have issues with updates where it no longer works and you have an older phone model, it maybe you are running an older IOS (Apple) or Android OS. Over time apps update to support newer phone software. If so you need a new phone. For other issues you can try to clear cache or uninstall and reinstall. I've never had an issue.
