Honda FCU Mobile Banking

Used to be a really great app, (aside from the fact it was missing a few key features of the website that would have made it perfect...) but this update for Samsung S9's, and Note 9 hasn't been resolved still. I understand that working with Samsung to update an app has to be rather difficult due to Samsung's lack of communication with their community, but I would assume that the dev's of this app would have been able to get an update sent out by now. Please finish the update as soon as you can.

I use this app regularly to make mobile deposits, but after my phone updated to Android 9, the app no longer works at all. It fails on the splash screen with the error "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please reboot your phone and try again." I also uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. The recommended mobile site doesn't support mobile deposits, so this bug needs fixed ASAP so I can cash my checks!

Terrible when trying to redownload app to phone. Had to recently reset my phone to factor reset for to phone acting up and while trying to redownload and signing into apps this one gave me the most trouble. It locked me out when i keep trying to login with the four digit PIN they emailed me. Called to get it reset, and it's still doing the same thing as before. Very frustrating...

I have the Pixel 3. App crashes everytime I try to verify with the pin that's emailed to me. It's 2019 and I feel like I'm banking in 2009. Hope this gets resolved in a update. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue remains.

Nothing works. I can't mobile deposit, I van login in but only sometimes. If I try it on the online mobile banking it says that have looked in on too many devices and i have to contact customer service. Even though im still on my phone. If I try from the website i have now entered a wrong password and my account has been disabled. Its highly annoying when I have a car payment to pay.

Really annoying with limited capabilities Signs me out when I try to switch to email or text messages to view the pin that the app sent me. Doesn't let me auto pay credit card or even set an alert for my credit card balance/due date.

Works good for quick on-the-go banking. It would be better if we can add a description to money transfer transactions.

My Honda Finance service Login doesn't work. No message whether the credentials are wrong or no connection what so ever.

Wont open all of a sudden. Crashes everytime

I been with Honda FCU for years it a great place to bank and now I'm trying download the app but I can't download it lost still trying to download the app

The Honda app doesn't show the biometric in the settings of the app.my device is on Android 10

i can't get on mobile app. unable to complete request. try later. please put it back the way it used to be. i have an lg g flex phone.

After updating to Android 8, cannot choose account for transfer between accounts.

simply put, it just doesn't work.

Account selection for transfers and mobile deposits are not currently working since my phone got upgraded to Android 8.0.

Love the app but since the Android update, I cannot select accounts when transferring money on my Google pixel.

Was a great app but now I can no longer select what account I wanna do transfers from. Please fix and it would definitely be a 5

Cant select account to transfer funds or make mobile deposit. Removes 90% of the usefulness of the app.

After updating my Google Pixel XL to Android Version 8.0, I can no longer choose an account do mobile​ deposit my checks into. Please fix and I will rate 5 🌟

It won't let me log in at all anymore. It just tries to load and times out.
