Went to redeem rewards and it did not give me my free item and took the reward away not to be able to be used again. Very disappointing that after accumulating all those points I did not get my reward. Unless you fix the app and get it working correctly where you can get what you earned I will be using you competitions app cause it is seamless. Your should be able to earn points and redeem rewards in one visit cause sometimes your items are more than the reward is worth.

The receipt scan is quick and touchy, so it rejects a scan too quickly, but you can manually enter the code to get points, which is just as easy.

Useless. Most of the placed you can't Order ahead using the app. There is no point in having it if 1 out of 30 locations you can order ahead and I would have to leave the state to go to the one that does 😑😑😑 there is 3 by my house, but Dunkin is closer and I can actally use their app to Order.

The idea is simple. Buy stuff. Scan receipts. Get rewards. When it works, it is a nice perk for something you are already doing. The issue is that this app often is buggy. More frequently than it should be, is it not able to scan receipts to get rewards. Since receipts are only good for 24 hours and the bug fix usually takes longer, you often lose out on points. Still, getting anything for free for doing what you already do makes it worth the hassle.

Depending on how long the line is in the morning, I love going to Honey Dew, and since I go there very often, this app is awesome.

The rewards points are not directly tied to the app, so even when you order and pay through the app, to earn points you have to have someone at the store scan the app or you have to manually scan a barcode on the receipt yourself - which half the time they forget to give you. Not a very easy to use or efficient app.

I have never had anything but a great experience with the crew! The service is always second to none! Even throughout covid restrictions they always conveyed a positive attitude ! They all should be commended and rewarded! I did notice that very few people would even give them extra change! I know that gratuity is not encouraged, these were not normal times and they certainly should not have been expected to be paid a regular base pay with no incentive to do better! Please tip your hard worker!

I'm new to Honey Dew as they just opened one near me. Overall....I like the app (I LOVE the coffee) It is a shame that when I go to pay with a loaded gift card...I don't receive points. (If I had been paying attention....I would have realized that about 5 orders earlier) It's a 2 step process scanning the rewards and then scanning the gift card. IF there is way to do this with 1 scan...let me know and I'll share it with the staff at the new location.

Installed app and purchased a virtual gift card. The bar code could not be scanned and the sales person stated that the virtual gift cards could not be scanned, so why is it being offered? I contacted corporate with the issue and they apologized, sending me a real gift card to replace the unusable one, which now I can finally use. Until this issue is fixed, a virtual card is usesless!

Not as useful as the Starbucks or Dunkin app. Nothing for first time users just signing up, it tells you deals and then you can earn points. There is a honeydew right in town now so I got the app, it sends me emails about product and their points but nothing for the first time. Kinda disappointed. Starbucks and Dunkin gave a free drink to start, meaning you would be enticed to buy something else with it. A lil confusing to navigate, but decent app. Won't be using it so it's fine.

I just wish you could load money onto the app and pay with your phone (like that other coffee shop chain's app). But I love Honey Dew's coffee, awesome flavors which they don't arbitrarily discontinue (like that other chain does). Always a great selection of quality coffee and espresso drinks, delicious food. Right now I'm in love with the pistachio muffins, perfectly paired with a pistachio cold brew!

So far this app is horrible. have to manually input every receipt, nothing scans. And today it says I have no rewards and I get a message when I bring up rewards that says oops, and a gazillion line long error message in computer language. Guess I'm going back to Dunkin. Gave you a shot, you failed.

I made my first purchase, which seemed to generate points okay. I redeemed a coupon for a free iced tea, but the discount on my receipt is not for the full purchase price. I need to use the app more before posting an updated review.

can't even use the app, I just downloaded it and it says I'm offline even though I'm clearly on my home wifi. tried a bunch of things, restarting and clearing cache, none fixed it.

Cool to earn points but where's the ability to order from the app?? Doesn't seem to make sense to have an app that you can't order thru - says to call the store, and I could do that without the app...

Need to have the app adjust the GC balance after you use it. Whenever I go to use mine it always shows the original amount so I have no idea how much I have left.

Store was very clean ,backed goods were displayed very well the staff were super nice quick correct with all orders great job .might not go back to Duncan donuts your selection is much more appealing ...

Just mediocre. Can't pay or order in the app. If you have a coupon for 1 free item it picks the least expensive item. DD blows this away

I love honey dew since I was little girl, and they're always so nice. The drinks and food is delicious and fresh to order.

Awesome rewards app unlike dunkin you don't need to put money on a card to get points all you have to do is scan your receipt and the local flavor beats dunkin any day of the week

Honey Dew has great coffee and food stuffs. Unfortunately they do not have mobile contactless ordering / payment. Need to get with the times. DD mcdonald's BK taco bell others have this. Sadly it's not 1990 anymore need technology to stay current. I have 2 honeydew's in town I use dd because dd has mobile ordering and payment with drive thru pickup.

Don't use the in app map to find a store, it's showing a Brockton location in Randolph, and a Randolph location in Avon.

Can't order from app or pay. Not all Honey Dews use the app in the store. I can't go to the one I live near.

I find the app a little confusing to use. Could be much simpler.

I have been waiting for Honey Dew to reopen for the longest time. Every one was very nice and very helpful, I'm so glad they have finally made it
