You download an APP but reservation, ticket purchase, hotel booking, etc. are all still done through the pop-up website. The APP is basically a summary of website bookmarks and a display of facilities waiting time.
Very good App, very helpful, I book every time with App, and check the real time of the park activities.
This app is super useful in the park for the map, but the loading time of the map is ridiculously slow. Also, if you sleep your phone or switch apps, the app will need to go through the loading screen again which is very annoying.
An app that consumes almost 90Mb of space and needs constant data to load a map dynamically (and keep reloading map tiles)... Does not have menus of hotel restaurants or for in-room dining. Really a wasted opportunity in delivering a comprehensive and immersive user experience.
App is great with all park information available. However, it will be good if the app includes a planner so that visitors can select and plan out their day's activity in advance. For the selected shows in this planner, the app will send notifications and remind visitors to start making their way over and queue in order not to miss it. This will make this app perfect!
Good app for visiting Hong Kong Disneyland! You can easily check the waiting time of the attractions, also can check closed attractions, also can filter the attractions by height which is good for people bringing kids. If can bookmark the attractions which I want to visit will be great.
The apps uses quite a bit of processing power but overall provides good information with regards to the park. It's getting better with newer iteration.
the line up time is really useful. i wonder if u can add to the app something like the shanghai one where u can add ur annual pass to it n get fastpass on app. Will b much better to the environment when not as much paper is used to print out fastpass
The is an online map that tells you the wait time. But you can't make reservations, and it doesn't tell you how to get to your next place or bookmark where you want to go. Needs a lot of improvement to keep up with Walt Disney World experience.
Information about side shows are accurate. Works fast with free disneyland wifi. Complete info. Although wait times for the rides are not as accurate or updated.
good app however the information on shows and attractions is not always up to date and some rides missing today- e.g. Grizzly Gulch rollercoaster. Queue time information normally accurate. App often crashes
I find it quite tricky to navigate. And I cannot seem to find what I want in the tabs I thought they should be in. However it is a nice idea and I like the fact it has the queue times on the map.
I have a Galaxy S9+ and no issues loading or running. Very practical for telling you what's closed and what the wait time is. Also can be in English
Info seems fine and up to date. But Disney parks cut your "free" wifi service making it a task to re connect and try to get data working.
Buggy. Very buggy. Concept is good. Suggestions: Add tickets directly to app. add FastPass options in app.
This app is hopelessly confusing. All they want is to push the user to links in which the user rim but more stuff e.g. tickets, but the irony is most people probably download it to try and manage their Magic Access account. Which is impossible to do on this useless app.
The map eventually freezes up and requires an app restart, happened dozens of times during my visit. Low quality experience.
Love this app because it easy to use. If you have a plan to visit disneyland hong kong, I recommend this app because you can see the map and the schedule
Good real-time information of the park and waiting time. Would be nice to add option for priority pass purchase.
We went here last Sept 4. Sadly, the castle is closed due to renovation. But the entire tour was magneficent. I feel like a kid again. ❤️
Nice app, it make us navigate the whole park for different activities much easiler. Good to have if you are planning to vist Jong Kong Disneyland park.
Hugely disappointing app - very low in utility and functionality! Disney HK needs to work harder to make the park more relevantly digital!
If this app could directly (without link back to the web page) for reserve tables, hotel rooms, or even get the fast pass, that would be awesome

Disneyland app is accurate and saves time if you know how to use it. A better user giide would be awesome.
A nice little app that lets you see the upcoming events and shows to help plan your trip. However, it had a tendency to freeze often or have loading issues with the map which required a force restart. Maybe a third party map plugin is not the best approach, you're Disney, I'm sure you can splash some funds into better plugins and optimisations. Little tip, bottom navigation doesn't work for Android phones, it's more an Apple design.
