Stupid app ever! Couldnot receive OTP when transferring money. Update: today is 29/4/2022 and the problem still persists. Worst bank app ever!!!
Requied upgrade to use, but there are no new version in playstore.
Stupid app. Cant change city in the residential address. App is slow and lag all the time. If you cant build a proper app, then dont do it.
Terrible app, tremendously unstable. It has bug almost the time. What a failure!
The app doesn t work it says upgrade the app now and redirects me to playstore app which is already update asking me uninstall or open instead updare.

Otp fail to connect with the server. So frustrated.
This app keeps appearing errors, couldn't log in.
Do have setting option. Can not save the name to identiify of the account who receive the money transfer, such as: Citibank Mr. A, HSBC Mrs. B... to easily manage of money transfer account list as others bank. Sometimes cannot transfer money to accounts that already transfer before.
Keep asking for Smart OTP to make transfer, but there is no such thing appear in the app???

Who made this stupid app? Try using other banking apps, don't bring down technology standard to ancient times with this

It's required to update the app. When I tick in the update, it does not work. I uninstalled and I installed again but still not working now. Extremely upset
