is the worst App ever seen in my lifetime,is unprofessional and keep showed the error cannot activate the etoken,the customer service keep asking me send the error picture to email and nobody follow up with us and the technical error cannot solve immediately and need to wait until the office hour open. I m hanging around at this internet banking and caused my financial stuck for few days. I going to terminate the account after all the thing back to normal and i m loose of the confident about the Hong Leong Service that given. The technical error issue should be verify anytime with customer.

I download the app because I want to make transaction and approve transaction easily. But now the app doesn't have the make transaction features but it has the authorization features. Don't tell me this is for security purpose. Nonsense. Why other bank app can make payment but you can't.

What happened to the developer of this app? My goodness. Is an banking app, and I didnt expect to be so much error and is not friendly at all. 😂 Is super secure in another hand, because keep having error to use the app and we are so hard to move out the cash from the bank 😂😅 Aih.

This app is killing me. The technical support also useless. Not solving my problem. Very super hard to login. Especially the eToken, was blocked for months. so have to login via app using password but it can view transaction and download statement only, it doesnt allow me to do payment approval. Now my money stuck in account. Couldnt use money. One word for this bank, 'Frustrated'!

Best application. Face recognition don't freaking works. E TOKEN only allow me to login to your application but not web login. After multiple attempted, the e token is Locked. Then unlock e token FAILED. In the end, the e token still works to login using this application but not web. And your application not able to initiate transaction. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Highly recommend this application to bro and sis who wanted to get mad. 5/5 for mad.🙂

Only one token is able to be installed on one device. This is great disadvantage for company with more than one account with Hong Leong bank. Is it possible to upgrade to more token on one device?

Trying to login but prompted with company ID, not sure what to fill in as I am just regular customer.

Face recognition doesnt work at all. If add new account, everything gets viped out. User friendly but too many glitches. Overall not satisfied with the app.

Use token much more better then face reg....but token still safe way or else tac to phone as normal n easier. more easier... android...easy to use for this app...but desktop ...it's not support well...any how if you use the system ..for frequently...will become user frenly...commo. Guys ...all new app always be difficult ...when used it will be easier..tc

Authorised ID always error during approval, always needs to reinstall and reregister. Not recommend

Worst app ever. Not sure why it makes things so complicated. I cant even initiate a simple transaction to client. No button, no action to be performed. I even suspect if it is my understanding problem. So this app is for what purpose? View history and authorise only? I did navigate to one page which is the page history of my previous transaction failure due to Rules not found and it forever stuck at that page. Changing menu just change the title. Until now still not able to transfer money. Why.

This is the stupidest app as of today. I suddenly have to do another activation, but without etoken pin, that is impossible, since to generate the pin, u need the app fully activated. Business can't work with this stupid app.

Not user friendly. Especially when login to PC using face recognition, when it fails it cannot login to approve access with etoken. I almost wanna use vulgar words to curse. Hope you IT guys will sort that out.

Very very not user friendly. At times, can't even open the app to login which makes my life so hard. Never improve ever since I started using HLB. How can a bank develop such app 🤦🏻‍♀️

1. Most time unbelievable slow 2. Always not responding (hang) 3. Very hard to login and often failure for approval because of this slow & hang.

The worst n sucker app i been using. Every time Wasted half day time to solve problem when do transaction. Pls do not discounted hong leong connect biz. This is more user friendly than this sucker app!

The app is not working. I have tried this morning, can't access at all. The customer support is also not answering phone call.

I never use the apps such unfriendly at all.. I have 2 company using connect first, why I cant even log in 2 account.. It makes my life uneasy.

So bad user interface and the bulk is constantly facing issues without telling the users what is wrong with the file. The system only shows file status which does not help at all to the user to identify the error to make changes. Connect first is even worst than connect biz. Disappointed.

the first month i use this app is good but after two months this app is become slow, lag and can't even login , hlb connect first's website also same.

Really such a useless app. Not user friendly at all. Everytime I want to log in via web, I need to give authentication through the app. The etoken does not work, and the mobile notification does not bring me to the intended page. .. need to try multiple times before each login. Eh Hong leong, stick to the basics. Dont over complicate matters. Cimb maybank etc work perfectly fine...

Worst apps I've ever use. Having all sorts of problem everytime I use it. Technical support is terrible also

After updated the apps as forced to do so, the apps didn't keep all the log in info. When tried to log in again, it says will send notification to etoken. Hello, if can'tog in how to receive

Unable to register more than two account at one device. Whenever i need to switch company to approve transaction, i need to reinstall the app and activate again. And it is a must to have the app for authorisation. Imagine how troublesome it is. Only accept face recognition. And always error here and there. Its really bad experience. Please improve come on. Its been so many months still this bad.

E token cannot do instant transfer urgently, QR code always not detected, mobile notifications not function well. I don't know when is the best time to use this app. If lucky, I can login smoothly, if not, tried and tried... my patience has limit. Really need to think twice if for long term use.

Always faving login problem. Verify through QR code but the etoken button unable to function properly. After click it did not come out any code. Then verify through mobile notification there is nothing pop up. Very fed up la. Wasting my time to keep login. Unable to do any transaction when urgently need to do so.

Annoying apps. I have been experiencing headaches & frustration because of this. Have been resetting & reinstalling so many times as instructed by callcenter & cmp but still i couldn't manage to activate it. Since then, all my company transactions required to do by cheques since when i turned to website stuck at the step 6 to scan the QR code & download this ineffective apps. I might need to consider changing other current bank for my company because the system they are providing is terrible.

The user interface somrtimes display page that is ready for log in, sometimes displays the page for registration. When it showed the page for registration, forced me to key in company ID, etc, it said user has been regstered. Of course rrgistered...but your apps allowed me to go no where.
