Work in progress! not a perfect system, but I think it works. I reported a street light out in front my hale after it had been out for AWHILE & a few days later, there was light! iDK if it was a coincidence or if it was because I reported it though 😳

Too often an issue is given to the incorrect department which just closes the issue without comment. There needs to be more opportunity for feedback after the initial complaint is submitted.

It's stuck at the opening screen. No menu options, nothing. Please fix!

I installed the app but there is no icon anywhere on my phone . so I uninstalled it , hopefully you fix the issue.

Just connects to city and county websites. Does NOT allow reporting anything as shown on HNN and in screenshots above.

Doesn't work. Error message whenever trying to submit any reports, even bug reports.

I was excited to use the anonymous functionality of this app, however it seems to be removed despite all the news about it back in April. I guess people were abusing it? I'd still prefer to keep my anonymity.

Wow, useless! This state NEVER ceases to amaze me. No wonder people just suck it up. Explains why the entire island looks like a dump. By the time each agency passes the buck for each citizens complaint, its given up on. So, if you see a pothole, illegal dumping, abandoned vehicle, by the time the city says thats county, then county says thats state, state says thats Federal, on and on. Don't expect a friendly voice, advice, or agencies working together.

This is an excellent way to get in touch with the City and County of Honolulu and Report something for repair

Can't deleted or archive old report files.

Items pending for 52+ weeks. So it is no longer being monitored

***Needs an update! Hitting the "submit" button does nothing now.***

Ver. 1 was easier to set up and use. I used many times. Current ver. Is much less user friendly. For example it forces a complicated pass word. Try remembering that when you are biking and see a pot hole and discover it has "lost" your original. Or it does not show gps locations forces tedious addressing, cross streets and numbers. This should be very simple and quick. Instead it is discouraging.

Automatic update of "referred to customer service," then "closed" without any follow up or fixing the problem. Pointless app and effort if the problems never get fixed.

Reported a street light that was out and three days later it is being fixed. So I'm incredibly pleased with this app. I'll update the next time I try it out again. Incredibly easy to use a well.

why cant you report problem without a picture or viseo

Rus. H. Jan 28, 2017

Too much required ID. I'm reporting a street light out, not filling a police report.

This app. doesn't erase delete after job has been completed. It has No Delete app in the request section.

I downloaded this app because it seemed like a great idea. You would think, just take a photo, explain the issue and report it via the app and it will get routed to the respective department within Honolulu..wrong, it doesn't..I submitted an issue with photos and the response was, " this issue falls under the state dept. of natural resources, to report issues, contact them at.. Hello!! I could have did that without an app to report city issues, is this app completely useless? Another fail C&C Honolulu.

Referred to department sounds like we passed the buck. Why don't you require the referred departments to post action taken. Like the rat issue. Has the referred department set traps? Broken sidewalks referred but never fixed. What for the public is a reasonable time to expect broken sidewalks in the most visited area to be repaired. Appears this is a waste of resources

Pathetic. I was happy to contribute and reported a problem. The response I got was to call a different department. You have the number and relevant information, take the initiative and call yourself. Trying to micromanage the user base is first sign of an incompetent staff.

App allows me to file a complaint with results in less than 3 weeks, from start to finish! I love it and wish there was an option to contact the Mayor's office to recognize outstanding city employees!

Anh. B. May 13, 2015

Make a report and most the time they claim they didnt recd it. No one even bother to correct the problem you report and sometime you have to make 3-5 report before they even go out and check on the problem. This site is a joke. Wasting ppl time to report any problem on oahu.

It freezes and sticks and doesn't search, it needs to be restarted frequently. Two very important app and needs to be looked at

Better updated then previous versions, HOWEVER: Still slow in loading, even with a strong internet connection... much slower in responding to issues (if at all)..looks like a lot of problems have gone unresolved (why make the app for?? I couldn't even leave a msg at the phone number online)..and why make a category for potholes, for instance, if you guys don't do anything with them? Ive never used the pothole category, but seen old issues in "my area" on the app that said to call some other number.

Thanks to Citysource for all the good your app has done for Honolulu. However, it seems that this app is not compatible with my phone, since it freezes when I've tried to send a report.
