I don't like the new update, the pop-up screen for mobile deposit, rewards, etc. stayd in middle of screen and thought it would toggle off but stays in middle of screen. One comment I am looking to open business account but don't see any options on the ap to do that or who to contact.

Keeps crashing. Cant use it. Tried to call, 25 people in line.
Doesn't give you any alerts or notifications regarding your account in different ways. Overall bad customer service because they failed to explain the way the set up my account when we have had the same repeated problem. They failed to provide a solution. Done with this app, done with this bank. Watch out or they will try and cheat you out your money.

Have been having trouble for over 2 Mos. Then an update and it doesn't work at all. All I get is a something went wrong try again later. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled.
i wish when you looked at your account it showed an itemized list of whay was bought and when. this would make this app 10000% better if they had that. you can see how much money you have but not why. or when.
Any time I open the remote deposit option, app says there was a failure and to start again, and it continues after force closing the app. Google Pixel 6 Pro
Ever since the app changed to this new layout, it's just so slow and crashes at random times. The old version of this app was much better
I love supporting a local credit union and Honor has good rates and customer service. But the app isnt very user-friendly or intuitive.
Fast easy way to see all your accomplishments and easy transfer of funds from one account to another. Great update for on line banking!!!
this App work great for a while but now it's telling that its undergoing maintenance it has been like this for the past 2 months now I'm very frustrated that this has not been fixed and it has 😠😠😠

Works well. Transfers work perfectly. Took a bit to figure out how to log out, but got it!! Thumbs up
Every update makes me have to re sign up for my biometrics. Its annoying when you have to do it like 4 to 5 times a month.
Under each loan please go back to the payment amount and due date that would make things much easier other than that not a bad update
The app is wonderful. Practically everything I need is right at my finger tips. Banking made easy.
Its great for checking your accounts but every time I try to quick transfer funds the transfer to selection clears and will not work

This app always seems to act like total trash near midnight I will delete if this app isn't fixed

My experience with honor credit union has changed my life they have helped me grow in credit knowledge and the ladies at the Helmer road location have been so kind I feel like they are family
Not nearly functional enough, not intuitive, hard on the eyes.
App completely disappeared from phone after updating to Android 12. Had to download and reinstall
Have trouble making transfers they dont go through and then at the end they end up showing twice.. and wipping your account
Constantly freezing and every time I go to use it it will tell me unavailable or under maitenence.
App works but I don't get no notification of when my debit card is being used, used to until I went from Android 11 to android 12
This app will not allow me to transfer money from one account to another, every time I attempt to transfer money as soon as I begin filling the information in, the transfer to section resets to "select to account". Not being able to transfer money online has caused my account to overdraft on multiple occasions. Any help with this would be appreciated.
