Honor Smart Scale

Hi, I was wondering is there a way to sync the old data from my old phone to my new phone ? Or else all the history data is just a waste. Update 14.2.20 Updated my phone to EMUI 10.0 recently and now my phone can't connect to the scale via bluetooth. Any help??

for everyone who is asking how to get the Chinese version of the app. there is a qr code you can scan in the instruction booklet that came with the scales. it reveals a link you can download the app from. you will need to enable installing an app from unknown sources in your Android settings. the Chinese app is actually usable even without knowing Chinese.

I cannot connect my new phone to the scale. I restarted the app. Delete and reinstall. Restart the scale as well

Please improve - state the normal range for each reading (fat, water, bone etc), and where does the user's reading is at - ie. normal, low, high etc..

Doesn't work. Does not connect to the Honor scale. The scale itself weighs body weight just fine, but just the simple weight. Doesn't give any other info/matrics.

I wish i read the reviews here before purchasing the scales! I have the P20 and it will not sync unless i use the Chinese version. Pleads fix this!!!!

Got a scale today.. Tried pairing with my Huawei Pro 30.. It just would not.. Tried the chinese app.. And it worked... Also the Chinese app is not detected.. In the health app... Something wrong with this app its not pairing

Don't connect to scale, paid way too much for a box standard scale, Huawei you best assist on this.

Useless My scale only pairs with a chinese version of the app, making the device a very expensive ordinary scale (only a smart one for the ones that understand chinese)

It worked perfectly. Paired once and the displays are accurate. A lot of people don't know how to pair correctly. Buzz me and I'll give you a clue

Will not connect to scale. Chinese version of application will connect though, good luck finding that.

App in English version, able to scan the AH100, but no matter Huawei, Apple or Samsung phone unable to pair. Please fix it!

I have the Huawei Honor AH112 smart scale but it wont pair with my Huawei P30 lite phone on either the Honor smart scale app nor the Huawei body fat scale app. What can I do or try????

It try to conect but it dose not work. You need to turn on blutooth on and press the bluetooth boton till it stops flashing

Awful app. Will not pair with any of our 5 phones. Surely an update would solve this issue. Must have made millions from sales of these scales 😠🤬

Not pairing... info found on the internet says it won't work with devices in North America because it isn't designed for that region. Do not buy a AH-100 scale.

Please, fix it so this app can sync with the scale. In the meantime, how can I download the Chinese version?
