It’a difficult to send multiple messages at once because of this and conversations or direct messages tend to frequently double up. Please fix the laggy, slow direct messaging system ASAP. Otherwise, it’s alright for me, so far.

Easy to use, but not much in the way of locals using it, had to set it to 200miles to get more than a handful of profiles to view. Also profile completion gives no explanation about what each percentage is or why a certain percentage is left. For example I'm at 90% and have no idea what is left. Also you have to send emails to the support team to add or remove photos, you can't do it on your own even if you have a verification. Some better explanations of each portion of the app would be good.

So this app is pretty good for getting hook ups. however you cannot tell if someone is online or not, every icon is green. Also you cannot tell when they were last on as it could have been an old account, meaning you have to message lots of people to find the active ones. And there are a few bugs like my app slows down a fair bit at some points, and text gets put in the wrong order when looking back through messages. Subscription fees are high for what you get extra.

Messages always glitches or bugs. I always read a message on the notification tab on my phone but whenever I open the app no new messages can be seen. Would look at different conversations from different people and happens to almost every thread. It is annoying and makes me not want to use the app because I don't know who said what. Please fix!

The only way to fix it is to delete it and write it from scratch. Wants phone number, doesn't let me set it. Apply filters, they are ignored next time you go in. You can bypass the phone number requirement. Dislike somebody, end up in a dislike loop for every user in your list. QA? Client Acceptance tests? Nah. Too much effort.

Im trying to get a refund for the unauthorized premium subscription but cannot find the support teams contact information. Will be disputing this with the bank and filing a claim with google if this cannot be resolved. The filters dont work, even if youre "premium", which is the only way you can do really anything on this app. Seriously, even craigslist with the personals sections removed gives you better odds of anything.

So I think the app runs very well and I don’t have any other problems but it seems that while sending messages on this app some say delivered and others say not and it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve sent some of these messages. I haven’t gotten to talk to a single person on this app yet but I’m still trying. Hopefully there is just an issue with the app.

Tried to sign on but got to last step only to have app never complete sign up. Force quit & tried again but got "Something went wrong. Please try again." when entering cell # at first step. Cleared cache & data but got same error. -- Finally able to sign up with my Facebook account (I dislike Facebook vacuuming up every bit of data on me). Cannot do anything until you provide a cell # & Google Voice #s don't appear to be allowed. Always shows matches 100s of miles outside distance filter.

You should really make sure the messanger aspect of your app works properly, because it doesnt. At all. When I want to talk to someone I'm interested in and I just spent a long time crafting my opening line only to have it just dissappear when I send it is extremely frustrating.

The app looks good, working on the first minutes, after it just stop sending messages, no idea why, looks like a lot of people is having problems with that, so definitely you (developers) will need to focus more on that are. I can't blame the app because there's a really low amount of people, but yes, there's around 5 persons in every area... Fix the issue with the messages and please, advertise more so more people can use it and we can have more fun. *** The update is from 21st of October.

Great app, I love the UI and all, but there is a huge problem. After a little while on the app messages will not send, and I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times because of this. Samsung Galaxy S8

Very good app but you pretty much have to buy everything...! I hate that when I go to message a girl and try to make new friends it says you have to pay. I get the money thing i do but paying to message? What would make this app 150% and ALOT MORE people would make everything free for temp and then when there alot of people i can see putting a little fee in there. But overall great app. Very good detailed work. The layouts perfect. Its overall flawless. Good work on this app!

I'm LITERALLY PAYING for the premium functions on this app right now.. I have been for 3 weeks. And there has only been one day that the messages I try to send actually work. And there has been ZERO DAYS that my in box has worked.. So again I cannot do anything that the premium offers even tho I'm paying for it.. And I've reached out to customer service via email because that's the only thing offered besides driving to their address.. and they still havent gotten back to me. One week later..

keeps on freezing and limited re numbers of profiles and repeats them. Cannot get to messages part as its just trying to load up. There is also limited number of people locally. Your website version of HAA was much better as more people and easy to navigate issue free. Got charged twice. Still hardly any members coming up locally which is not value for money. You guys need to sort your app out or you will lose members. Still same issues. Lack of members locally and slow and lags alot.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. More than once, I have logged out and logged back in only to find that, somehow, for some reason, my profile no longer exists and I have to go thru creating a new one. Of course any views matches or messages I may have had are gone as well!!! I've had it. Now we are going to see how the refund process works with this developer.

If you live in the Netherlands, dont bother installing. There were 9 profiles and and i believe none of them are active anymore. Not even a double checkmark that they received it. Only profile views i got were scammers and 2 people 150+ miles from me. You also need to contact them to delete your account rather than being available in the app.

This app tells you to send someone a message, then tells you you can't because you need to pay. This was not how the app was originally designed. Originally the developer celebrated the fact that you can just send anyone a message without matching with them. Given that the developer believed that feature added value to the app I can only presume that they themselves consider the app worse now due to that feature's removal.

I have to uninstall/reinstall the app if I want messaging to work. I don't get notifications. The search radius gets ignored. This is ridiculous. Update: developer said "update the app". Its current. This solves nothing. Problem persists.

need to put states in profiles, work on showing how to see messages read and make so search does not reset everytime and have a local setting. you need to have a monthly subscription of like 5$ for basics and having a quick response to text like sorry not intrested or no thank you so we can hook up faster. and no I just got match and had a conversation with someone 2 states up from me wasted bothour time

Smooth UI, good options. Your not able to chat with mutual matches without the paid service so unless your giving money its not gonna be a good time. Not a lot of people in my area. Not a fan. Would one star it bit the interface deserves a little more credit if I'm being honest.
