Hoop

The app is honestly pretty good. I'm just giving it 3 stars because you can't filter it so you see people that live near you, there are no bios so you know nothing about the person adding you or who you're adding, and the log in is quite annoying. Everytime I login there is a problem.

Logged you out every time you closed the app. The connection to the app was also very unstable and would prompt a connection error message. The app relies on a diamond system in app to be able to ask for the person's snap. And was very buggy.

Terrible! Almost every single "add" you get is someone trying to either get your personal information or wants you to buy photos, services, or their premium. Don't waste your time...I add this app for 3 months in hopes of finding a real person.... that didn't happen at all. If they start the convo off with a saved snap then they want something.

I preferred being able to put bios, and I think more pictures should be able to be added. I also think you should be able to choose your age range. The server keeps failing for some reason

I can't even get into the app half the time, it keeps saying "connection error" and restarting my progress.

You failed to mention that you need Snapchat to create an account. 🙄 Thank you for wasting my time and phone space. If I wanted to use Snapchat, I'd download that. If you can't be your own separate thing, why bother making an app at all.

The app is really buggy, sometimes when I enter the app it wants me to put all of my information in again and then those prompts don't work. When I switch apps and go back it says "Connection problem" and after some use it doesn't do anything so I have to re-enter the app. Also, Snapchat itself allows you now to change your username, but Hoop doesn't let you do that, so I stumble across usernames that are unavailable on Snap. Other than these, a really cool app that I enjoy using.

I don't know how, but they really need to find a way to eliminate all of the bot accounts. Also anyone remember when bios were a thing in this app? Good times. Edit: I can now no longer watch ads for extra gems and it's getting to me lmao

Cool app, definitely would benefit from having a text chat with the people who accepted the snap request. It's also a bit buggy, sometimes it asks to re-log and some errors occur when trying to add people on snap(sometimes). Despite that I'd recommend

okay so i have some problems. i chose not to display my age but everytime i go back into the app, i have to click birthdate because for some reason the option to display my age is turned on. so everytime i get on the app i have to turn it off. also, when i ask for someone's snap and they accept it then i go to add them it'll bring me to snap but it says something like "oops something went wrong" and ill get off and get back on the app and it still wouldn't work. it'd say the same thing.

Y'all need to add bios back so we know what to expect after adding someone. The diamond resources always glitch out and almost no one adds me and it's hard to find people that you can connect with. So not a bad app just needs some adjustments.

It has gotten me a lot of snap friends, so it works, but this app is a buggy mess. Constantly making you re-input your profile information and losing connection when your wifi is just fine. Also lacks features, like a place to put a bio for example would be really helpful.

Every time I loggin it tells me I have no internet connection even tho I do. Sometimes if I exit the app and then open it again it works but most times it will just stay loading. How am I supposed to use the app if I can't even open it?

Since the latest update, I haven't been able to add friends from the app on my Snapchat. Please work on that, unless I'll have no choice but to uninstall the app

I used to enjoy this app, not It crashes too much. It always say "no internet connection", stays loading forever or doesn't show anything

I have a problem. Every time i log into hoop i get this text * no new friends to discover at the moment. Come back later* my account name is david.ssaa . Please resolve this asap or give me an option. My connection is very stable so that wouldn t be a problem. Help me. There are many users that have this problem. I tried clearing the cache and restart but it didn t work. So basically i can t use the app properly and as i should. Please let me know what to do. Thanks.

This is a great way to meet new people, but for once I haven't been able to watch ads to gain diamonds for over a month and secondly it would be great if you were able to select a range of age to show up on your feed. I am not interested in 13 year olds, for example.

great functions. simple and users friendly. Ideal for expanding your Snapchat reach. it occasionally freezes.

I like this hoop before and easy to add frinds for snap but now if i want to login everytime connection failed what happen to the hoop and i notice when the hoop has be update so everything have change find something to do with it

I can barely load the app, I have to Uninstall it and reinstall it every time I have to open the app.And when I do open it it makes me put in all my information again it gets on my nerves.pls fix
