I am very excited working as a CTO of this application. It will save tons of paper in the world by sending digital invitations.
I had some trouble getting on the app when I downloaded it but the support team kindly helped me fix the problem. Regards the app. It's not exactly what I thought it was which is my fault for skimming over the description. That said. It's really quite great at what it does. It's essential purpose is to communicate best with your guests before and after an event. But. I feel like it could really be improved upon. The contents of this app seem more like some of the features I would expect to find in a party planning app ...while still missing some important stuff. To enhance your app please add the option to make a task list and the option to delegate certain task lists and individual tasks to contacts. Please add a grocery list function. A budget tool would also be incredible but I realize that's asking for allot!
I CANT EVEN FINISH THE PARTY BECAUSE YOU GUYS MADE IT SO THAT I HAD TO ADD CERTAIN INFO THAT WOULD NOT ACTUALLY ALLOW ME TO PLAN THE PARTY. THANKS A LOT
I really like this app. One small change I would add, for flexibility, is the ability to change your answers, or to delete an invitation (this could be reserved for the creator of the event). I also think that if you could send out reminders, and have an add to calendar option it would be stellar! Right now, unless you are in the app, you have no idea if someone had RSVP'd, or added a comment. Notifications would be helpful.
I'd rather use this instead of evite but the issue is everyone can't open or have the option to accept or decline. If this gets fixed, this will be my go to app for everything!
Must recommend app. I like the interaction and event management facilities in the app. hoopla managed all my events and made my daily life easier. hoopla looks good and most important they provide proper support to there customers. Some tweaks needed you may also add link to app store to rate hoopla app and to give review. overall experience is nice and I recommend hoopla app to all.
