Hoosier Hills CU Mobile

I loved this app originally. But after their update to it I've updated, uninstalled and reinstalled 2x and tried to sign in on another device via the app but always receive temporary password has expired. Looked through their FAQs and the emails about updating and they never said anything about this issue. Tried changing the user ID and password too to the same issue. Tried calling them but they just said to reset my password. No clue what's going on but it needs to be fixed soon.

This app worked great until I had to change phone numbers and phone. I haven't been able to log in for months. I can log into the webpage without a hitch but the app always gives me different reasons for not letting me know of in.👎

New update is slow and to complicated. Took away the use of quick view and the use of back button on my phone. Togo from one page to the next is easy, to go back is not. Don't know what they was thinking with this upgrade

I liked the app until the most recent update. Now I receive 2 messages for each transaction. It is rather annoying and fills up the texting files. Would like it to decrease the 2nd message.

I really love the app but have not been able transfer my money around since the last update. Please fix, I can select my accounts and how much I want but as soon as I try to hit the transfer button nothing happens.

This app is fine. Works well. But I just love how Apple gets to be front and center while all android users have to wait for Google to catch up. None of us can use the app until it gets straightened out. Fun.

Can't access my account, it says my temporary password has expired, that it can't log me in with my finger print, it crashes. Idk what's going on but I'm not happy about not having access.

This app does everything I need and is simple to use. I love the bill pay feature as well as the mobile deposit! Don't know what I would do without it sometimes.

I loved the app origianlly but like many android useres i have also download this update uninstalled it amd im still unable to access my account through the app and im tired of having to check my account online i want to be able to use this app again it made thing easy for me and now that i cant use the app i am not very happy about it.

Handy app to have, do wish the glitch with transferring money would get fixed. half the time I try to transfer money Into savings, I get an error.

I haven't had any problems from HHCU during the two or so years that I've held accounts there. They are my first bank and they haven't disappointed me yet!

I love how it immediately shows your balance after you make a purchase. I also love how fast and easy you can transfer in between accounts. Thank you HHCU for having wonderful people working for you.

Banking with HHCU has been wonderful. The mobil app has be a blessing since going out has not been easy. Thank you all very much.

App doesnt work right. Have to deal with tech support when it updated or changed.

I like the app as a whole. However my transactions aren't dated now thanks to the new update. Not a fan.

I love everything about this app except that there's no fingerprint login option.

Gets the Job done. easy to log in and navigate. let's me cash checks online. ( seriously though, it's 2019 why are we still using checks)

When will the new update be available for Android because using online is a hassle and can't even sign in to the old app

Needs to be more user friendly doesn't update as used for particular instances

This app is very easy to use and keeps me constantly in touch with my account!
