Hootsuite for Twitter & Social

Pretty great. Simple, not a ton of complicated functions. Just edit your photos before adding them in as there isn't an in app editor. The signing in process between the app, Facebook, and Instagram was a disaster, but once I finally got it sorted it works great.

Several Issues with notifications for scheduled story posts as well as carousel posts - despite having notifications turned on, app is not consistent. There are also issues with video content, often these posts fail to publish. When it works, Hootsuite is efficient, but the app is not consistent enough in its performance, especially given the price required for most of Hootsuite's plans.

What the hell man? Was using free account (3 social media accounts). Stopped posting to Instagram. I cleared the cache. Same issue. I deleted Instagram to add it again. And now I can't add it because I am being forced to pay for it and I can't get past that screen. Not cool.

the reason I have the app is for story reminders...the notifications do not chime on my phone (android) which is quite frustrating. it's not really a reminder when I have to open the app to see the notification...

I thought the apps would help me to post automatically. But, what I got my Instagram is nothing. The scheduled post that I did last night doesn't posted. So, I need to open the apps and posted by myself and with a little helps from the apps ; a copy of copywriting from the clipboard. And, I just put the photos and paste the copywriting. Thank you 😓

Using the free version has improved quite a bit over the last few months. I'm able to get simple posts out daily and that's enough right now. I do wish I could set up more posts, but I won't complain for free. I wish it was more affordable to pay for a subscription. The $40+/month seems a little ridiculous.

Great scheduling tool, although it quite often drops my instagram posts and i have to reset...which is time consuming and annoging but the time it saves me scheduling a week of posts is amazing!

Love this app! I use it on my computer and phone to help me schedule my post on several platforms. Posting videos and Gifs take a little finagling but overall wonderful app. Really helps me stay on top of all my social media.

Just downloaded and got stuck in a loop of signing into my Facebook and business Instagram account. After I would sign in it would send me back to the first screen to link a social media platform. After a half hour I gave up, never even got to use it. Editing and gave it another star. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it seemed to fix it. But that shouldn't be a thing.

Works as described! For free you can schedule posts for 2 social media accounts. So far it has worked for me every time I use it. I have not tried the paid version yet.

The App is just too good. A nice fit for what I needed it for; remote account management in a serene social atmosphere.

I signed up for the free trial and did not like it. I've been trying to reach someone for days to cancel the free trial. The app keeps sending me back to the website and the website sends me back to the app. It is looping me in circles to stop me from cancelling it seems and I can't contact a real live person. Highly recommend to not get this "free" trial period. No customer support whatsoever.

I've made posts and when they're ready to be published (as I've been getting notifications to post) it just opens my Instagram but doesn't actually post anything. It's happened 4 times now. Don't bother about getting this app unless they fix this issue.

Some reason the app won't let me add drafted posts to the schedule. Some days it just deletes the scheduled posts. Constantly freezes and even after uninstalling, force stopping the app hasn't resolved the problem. This use to be the goto app for scheduling for me and my business. But now its almost unusable. So won't be paying for it or using the free version until it can be resolved.

Hoot suite makes my work easier, as I prepare content for the whole week in advance and relax while the app posts when due. This app is definitely a life saver. It has just been stopping unnecessarily, that's why I rated it 4stars

Did not like the fact I had a whole merry go round to connect with Facebook. But after having that sorted out days after, uploading and scheduling took a load off me having to do so daily.

Followed all the instructions (synced phone, rebooted, reinstalled etc) and it just would not recognise the authenticator code. Have given up and installed a different app...

It doesn't post at all. I scheduled a post it didn't auto publish then I rescheduled atleast 6 mins in advance to retest. It got an error. Not recommended

Too difficult to connect to social media accounts. I followed directions go a t, yet still wouldn't connect.

For a paid subscription I expected better. There are no push notifications to notify me of post failure. Scheduled stories notification will arrive but have trouble loading and posts on stream do not automatically update. My last app update was early Dec 2021 but I still have issues. I like that Hootsuite has an image library and url shortener. The reports are challenging to access and even more challenging to understand so I have an extra job of manually reviewing each social site for data

It's been great for me - I haven't paid for the expansion so can only buffer 5 posts in advance, but the draft feature is really handy when I want to create more and save them for a later date. Definitely worth getting this app if you're trying to post regularly.on social media.

It was working well until the last update. Now when I create a draft post I can't add a date and time to the post to easily shift across to the scheduled list. Very annoying to remember the order of posts and what to move to the scheduled list! Please can this be fixed?

I used this app when I sold jamberry and loved it. I no longer sell it and now do onlyfans. I deleted my old accounts to add my new ones since I can't add additional accounts. It won't let me add my new accounts unless I subscribe for $29 a month or do the yearly which both is a ridiculous amount for that. Who can afford that? I might have subscribed it was $2.99 or $3.99 a month but $29 a month is way too high. I shouldn't have to subscribe to add new accounts when the old ones were deleted.

Loving this app and considering buying the full version. But I wish it was possible to choose how many posts to be autoscheduled for each day. For example, if it's already 3 posts scheduled for one day, I want the next photo to be scheduled for the next day, etc

Compresses and squashes 9:16 portrait videos into 16:9 landscape when trying to schedule them. Also won't let me crop images down when adding them

Great app! I love being able to schedule out a few posts ahead of time! I gave it a 4 star only because it was initially a little difficult to navigate. However, after spending some time in the app, I have learned all the features I need.

Still an excellent app for scheduling posts and managing social accounts. Unfortunately, the mobile app does nothing for Pinterest so I'll have to stick to the web version, but a great service regardless.

So far so good! It definitely helps and takes the stress off if you plan ahead! You get 2 accounts free, paid up to 10. I like it, so I'm considering the paid option. A Godsend for content creators!

Best scheduling software out here, the interface is quite something and I like the easy interaction

Have some problem with the save. Sometimes can't be post directly (Must save as drafts first) . Can't massive choose picture to post while the original instagram can do (it's most important feature)
