Hope Channel

This update did something and now I can't watch live programming which I love doing, without long pauses going to freezes, and fails. The play and pause display together until I touch the screen but not always to play. No idea what happened but hope you can fix it soon .

I love Hope Channel and all its programming. Initially, the app performed very well, but within the past several months, the app crashes every few minutes (sometimes less than 1 minute), and I miss hearing important information. The same is true across three devices. I thought that it was my ISP, but today, I got a warning from my latest Android to put the Hope Channel app to sleep because of frequent crashes. I hope this can be fixed because I enjoy listening to HC around the world.

Unfortunately the accelerator support to turn your phone landscape mode and the screen adjust, only works in one direction.. when I turn my phone to the right the image flips to the left and I'm left watching an upside down picture. Because of this I'm unable to get immersed in the dramas and let it play at night while my phone chargers based on where the socket and cable must be... please fix

Just downloaded the new app on fire stick and it will not let me playback any video's. Very frustrating when you have something that works great then you change and it doesn't work. Please fix.

One of the best apps I've used. Has all hope channels from around the world. Has recorded shows and most importantly, plays with screen off. Top class! Well done developers.

I'm only giving it a 4 star because of the recent update. It doesn't support the stay on screen or background play, so when my screen times out, everything stops which is quite disappointing as I want to watch without bothering about touching my phone... please fix bug asap Apart from that, I really love the programs they are spirit filling and has helped me grow spiritually

Hope channel is that we need at this era. I love all their programs.

Great content with the ability to download everything in video or audio format for free. However there are some drawbacks. No access to settings. Forced screen rotation. The forced screen rotation is extremely irritating as it bypasses my phone settings.

I didn't ask for this new version of the app, it just appeared on my phone. And it doesn't work. I can't get any of the programs to play when I want to watch them. And as for the program that starts when you first press the app button it won't quit until you eliminate it from your watched programs list. I don't like it, the old app was really good and I don't know why they had to mess with it!!!

The app will not open or when it does it is a black screen with just audio playing and then it shuts off. It is isn't working on Roku either. I wish that it would work. This was one of my favorite apps.

This is a good app but the update needs some work. Update: The app is working again but it takes about 1:30 mins to start up. I am using a Pixel 3 and the old app never gave this problem. I think waiting 90 secs is too long for an app to start. Will be contacting the developer

I am very disappointed with the new upgrade. Can't watch it on my TV anymore my phone keep freezing. I have uninstalled and installed and it's the same. I miss looking at Hope Channel now I have to find something else. Hope hope find a way to fixed this issue.

Unable to open on roku tv and there are limited channels all this since the update. Now trying to access via alternate route with no success. Excellent programming once the app can be accessed.

I dislike this app as a replacement for the Hope Sabbath School app. I don't like sifting thru other things to get to Hope Sabbath School. If the technology is a problem, recreate the app with new technology. At this time there is no way to download the Hope Sabbath School audio. Thanks for adding the Video download button. Programs are often put up late so next weeks lesson can't be watched Sabbath afternoon. Why not put the whole quarter's lesson up prior to the start of the new quarter?

Great app! Such a blessing but recently the app will not open at all...just the logo comes up on white screen and logo pulsates...never any further..have deleted app and reinstalled with no luck many times. Frustrating cause i love the app and all it offered. Please if u could fix asap that would be so appreciated!!

I dont know what the new update changed with the live brodcast part of the app but it is more prone to stopping now. Its not my internet because it worked fine with the older version. Pleas fix soon, my mom doesnt understand how to navigate this new update, and i cant seem to leave it on for her.

This channel is dear to my heart it means so much to me the stories it's incredible the facts is on point it makes God happy

Excellent App. with live TV in several languages, access to pre-recorded programming, study materials, and much more. Highly recommend!!!

Good app with all Hope TV Channels across the world the only problem is that when trying to cast from my Android phone to chromecast it shows SAMPLE in big red letters in the middle of the screen all the time. Is it possible to fix this?

App will not open,even after several attempts.

I love Hope Channel but, since the update the app keeps freezing and/or replaying video for a few seconds. Has some good features but frustrating to use now. Please fix as this is how I watch and I need my Hope.

This App was great but now as of 25th July 2021 I can't watch channels on TV. It only shows Live programming on Hope Channel Oceania and it won't let me turn to a different channel! And the programmes keep freezing. Why can't I turn to a different channel? I would like to watch Hope channel from my own country but I can't turn over it will only allow the live channel which is stuck on Hope Channel Oceania. Please fix this ASAP.

This is a great app, however, I dislike that under the "Inter-America" option you cannot view Hope Sabbath School etc and you have to go to settings and change to "North America" to view. It is the same lesson so I believe that the app creators can simply link the Sabbath School to "Inter-America". I believe that several persons are unaware that they need to make the switch to gain access to the full content and we are, therefore, losing persons.

Seems to be missing chromecast support and is far too small to watch on my mobile device. It also seems to be missing the channel for Australian content.

The app is okay, but some staff should be improved, - auto landscape mode - can a viewer choose the video quality? .

I'm not sure why on my new device there is problems uploading. On my old device it works easily with no problems. On my new device the upload reports, " server unable to upload" . Old device, no problems.

It worked fine, was a glorious Christian App, with ability to follow along by television, where people talking could be seen! Now its become all dismantled after last update two days ago! Im going to contact the Hope Channel myself and report it!

Hello, this App that was come across startled me when the Bahamas was not met. Traveled there just last week in late August and for some reason there is no channel that came across in my seatching... Is this a fluke or can it be found
