Not a very good app. It just shows your account balance you can transfer money back and forth. It doesn't show pending direct deposit. After you pay a bill with account or card it doesn't show what bill you have paid or pending until the whole transaction is complete but you will see money decrease from account which shows available balance.
the application has some corks. all in all user interfaces pretty good user-friendly.the only problem you would truly have if you deposit a check it will takes 10 days to clear. I would say all in all the application is a good application but the financial institution it's not good enough for the application
The app has some kind of gliche, because it keeps tranfering money from my checking account to my savings account every night. That left my checking account empty twice. Now I have go to the app every day just to put the money back into my cheaking account.
the new upgrade is keeping me from seeing my entire data in portrait and landscape format..I didn't start having this problem until the last upgrade occurred..

Worst credit union I've ever dealt with from customer service to technology. Website and this mobile app are horrible. They both need to be overhauled or find new IT people that know what their doing.

No back button, if you want to look at your transactions, you have to close the app and sign in again to get back to your debit/credit history🤦
The app is very user-friendly. You're able transfer money to accounts in real time. It's a great app!
I love the ease of it all..my one wish is to be able to transfer more times in a month if needed...but I love the app.
Simple basic app. Can't do Simple things like order a new card or lock it. Maybe that's in the new update.
Get error every time I login. When hitting the back key you have to re-enter password. It's very irritating
Not enough options for handling things I need done especially since the members service center closes so soon and doesn't have a working Saturday.

The app gets the job done. Simple actions like transfers between checking and savings accounts are a breeze. I also appreciate the mobile deposit feature for checks. Definitely saves a trip to the bank! The app is buggy sometimes, with a window popping up occasionally that says that "an error occurred". Luckily, exiting the window and trying again a second time usually works.
