Fantastic app. Works well, once you get hang of it. I loved getting txt to confirm the ride and to see where the car was. A bit of instruction how it works wouldn't go amiss...just a screen showing start, destination, price and availability of options, such as book in advance...it is not clear where that info is, just like an arriw pointing to what you need to do first, then and what options are available. I had to look around a bit before I worked it out. Apart from that, great.
Short: A useless nightmare. Long: First you register a card you have to verify it using a merchant payment that not is carried out in-app but opens a browser. With double-verification that's a UX dream. But the main problem is the concept how the app works. As opposed to other app as Uber, Bolt or any other, you place your request and are directly asked to put a bid on extra money that you are willing to pay for the ride on top of the cost calculated by the app. The drivers then may choose to take you but if you don't bid they just ignore you and NEVER take you. Important to note: the calculated price is the real usual market price! So this is not a Taxi platform but a bidding platform and when you need to really get from point A to B you can forget it unless you pay absurd amounts of money.
The drivers are more classy than with the ither apps
Simply terrible. Used the app once because I saw that the prices were lower and even though the price was fixed at 5.7 the driver told me that the bill was 8 euros because we took the long way. Why is that my problem? If it says that the price is fixed at a certain point it should not be changed. Just a scam. This happened in Ljubljana. I will not name the driver but just keep it in mind if you download it
The cars always are comfortable, not so old, more often in my experience was new and high class. The drivers also are good and professional.
Public transport feature is extremely confusing. I had literally no idea what I am supposed to do, to get some instructions what bus stop to use, what bus number to take be and when should I be present at the bus stop. After few minutes I gave up. Google maps rules..
Did not like it. Public transportation was extremely confusing. Got back to google maps it's much more intuitive.
Almost always reasonable taxi, good ratio quality:price. App very easy to use. Out if town taxis also available.
Good app. managed to get a taxi with a child booster. Impressive. Was hard to get a taxi when it was raining, even when offered to pay more.
Great app. Taxi there in seconds or can book ahead. Good cars and drivers. €7-€8 from city to airport.
I was double charged - basically 11EUR was stolen from me when both the driver with the card reader and the app charged me the same amount each totalling in 22EUR paid instead of 11. Not the driver nor Hopin support are responding to me 🙁
I didn't have to wait, taxi arrived immediately, price as was in the application, I was at my destination in 5 minutes. Very experienced driver
Looks good at first sight but I can't even register because the code does not come to my phone. Useless. Sorry but fix it and I will use it.
Very nice application to find your ride, similar to uber 'xcept it's drivers are all fully certified professionals with an actual taxi drivin licence.

Perfect easy fast and easy-to-use app
The driver arrived 30 minutes before he was supposed to. I have set up the filter that he should have a big boot for lot's of luggage - nop we barelly git in the car. Not sure if the filter feature really works.
