Sign up for a pass or top up your wallet to get started. You can unlock up to four bikes or scooters at once by scanning their QR codes, so feel free to bring your friends!
To end your ride, park in a HOPR Pond and lock your bike. If you're in a rush or want to pause your ride, you can park anywhere in your system area as long as it's safe.

App is awful to use and getting set up takes too long. The bikes are good but not worth it when there's other transport options.
Total scam. Doesn't work, steals your money, no customer service to help you with issues. You are way better off on foot or literally with any other form of transportation.
I've witnessed anyone trying to unlock a bike to ride have great difficulty. including me. app is a little confusing.
Horrible, app was very glitchy and couldn't even cancel 2 of our bike rides so we had to sign out and sign in 2 more times
When I tried to cancel the ride it wasn't working and charged me for 2 hours when I only rode barely 30 minutes.

Crooks. Just an absolute scam. You basically have to drop the bike off at the front step of their headquarters in better condition than you recieved it. Half the bikes don't even work when there are 10 sitting in front of you. They will charge you on days you don't even ride. No money refunds either, just ride credits so they can scam you again.
