Best shopping app for kids,the product and design are same with the image shown in the app,some have little difference in colour and texture though....but base on its price and product I think it's value for money.They have the best design and style...♥️

Very horrible experience. My order was supposed to arrive on 26 march, but the parcel isn't deliver yet and company do not even bother to notify that they can't deliver the order if they had any issues. I raised concern through different options but still no update fron the company. I'd be uninstalling the app and recommend people to shop from more reliable apps.

I have been shopping here for 4+ yrs. Apparels design & quality are good at reasonable rates. But placing returns is very complicated in case of multiple items. There is technical issue with app that wasn't the problem earlier Only exchange options show, no return tab. Or if there is return tab seen then wrong product shows at final page Or no return or refund tab We have to call CC to get things sorted. It's tedious

Poor response on pickups when you return a product.. I have got a non working watch which I had scheduled return 10 days back.. I keep getting calls but no one came to pick it up. Hopscotch team needs to seriously look at this issue as it will lead to dissatisfaction.. Already a non working product and on top of that a bad response on pick up..

Very poor app... Need to work more on the functionality... The filter option is of no use... Even if we filter the age group... The app will show items of the filtered age group as sold out.. Only very few sizes are available for each age group..and also the rate of the item changes with the age group... Sometimes the smaller age group dresses are costlier than higher ones and vice versa... Very bad experience

My experience was so bad that I have decided to uninstall the app and not shop from Hopscotch. I ordered a pant shirt for the little one, pictures on app were so pretty and beautiful. I paid high amount for the dress assuming the quality would be genuine and high. But to my shock when I received the product it a duplicate kind of product and was looking like bought from a local market. Bz I was going for a birthday party and didn't have time to return so we kept it and decided not buy again.

I have ordered one green colour party wear dress and I am shocked to see that completely wrong item is delivered and I immediately opted for exchange and still waiting for the agent to collect the item. When I tried to place order for the same dress it showed out of stock, better to have options if you are really in need of buying something on some occasions as it is causing so much delay in time and efforts.

Absolutely disappointed with the first order. Definitely will never shop again . Product on the site and what was delivered are completely different. Shipping was free above 299 but When asked for return and wanted to order again free shipping is for minimum 800 rs. U people are fraud

Very poor quality product never get the perfect size when I tried to exchange or return never get the size not on that product but on any other product I don't get any size... very bad experience... it's better to shop from first cry...

I am immediately uninstalling this app and never going to buy anything from hopscotch.. the products are very low quality and very different from the image of the product.. all the images are photoshoped..

Worst experience. I ordered one dress for my baby. They did not delivered yet. It's showing as on hold. Even they did not called once. Worst experience really disappointed with this app. Still my baby dress did not reached within 2 days it's her birthday. Worst app 1 star is also not required.

Worst experience ever. They deliver the product and when you place return, they will ask you to courier on your own. They will not pick at door step. Worst worst worst worst experience. Worst quality of the product too. Frustrated again... The response from the support saying that I need to shate the registered details on whatsapp. They mentioned only 9 digits in mobile number. How careless your service is. I feel the 1 star that I rated is too much for your services.

I m a old customer of it..Usually I buy dresses of my kids from this app only...but nowadays the services providing by it is not upto the mark...it is loosing our trust, sometimes the product comes defected like torn, stains on it size issues etc...,now a days a new problem that while returning they don't accept the area pin code, in which they already delivered the same product...so before placing any order we people used to think whether to place it or not.. for future problems. Thanks.

Delayed Delivery. Amazon, Myntra and all other vendors are delivering on time and the excuse given by Hopscotch is that the package is delayed due to Operational restrictions. The customer executive lady is least bothered when I called. Bad experience. Update (2nd May) - The package is out for delivery since 9:30 in the morning but not delivered yet. Also, check your responses carefully before posting, you have provided a 9 digit Whatsapp number to reach out to, that's irresponsible. I am never using Hopscotch again. Update (4th May) - As expected, the order was not delivered on 2nd May as well. So I called customer care on 3rd May to cancel the order and initiate a refund however there is no confirmation email/SMS yet. I wrote to their email support 2 days ago but they don't care to respond as well. Hope I don't have to keep following up for the refund now.

Takes too long to deliver products, doesn't deliver on mentioned time. Also, app doesn't work properly, it is too slow hangs while working. Please improve on app performance. Provide some discounts and offers.

The earlier mistake done with my order was rectified and the customer care was super helpful. Hopefully such mishaps don't again happen. It's a really great place for all things kids so please check it.

Not a good idea to buy from here. They cancel your order without any intimation. And they are partnered with delhivery which is one of the worst in delivering parcels. Moving of parcel from one unit to another with city itself takes 2days for them. My parcel is in Bangalore from past 5 days, but still it is not inthe destination center. Delhivery is worst and I have experienced this with other e-commerce site. Didn't knew Hopscotch is also partnered with them. Otherwise I wouldn't have bought.

For the first time I am rating any app on Google Play Store .This is the worst shopping app I have ever seen. The deliver used clothes and the quality is not upto the mark. And now when it comes to the return ,they are saying your pincode is out of pickup area . Disgusting!

Product was really good but the prbm is if we loved one product and add to cart with in a second the product sold out then why u given in product list. More products same prbm only. If beautiful dress in product list we happy to buy means we can't buy them it ll sold out immediately. I can't understand this business trick or really happened.

Very worst online platform..point wise I am writing here. 1.We buy products spending lots of time and they cancelled the orders saying that our brand partner was unable to fulfill it.. 2.Very costly as compare to other online baby products app. 3.Takes too much time to deliver the product to the customer. 4. Deals with very limited quantity of products. Products get out of stock immediately. 5.Very poor customer service.

Ordered a dress for a Kid's birthday on 21st April 2022, app showed it will 25th April. No updates until 30th April, the item shows as received in my City but no manpower to deliver within city. I offered them to collect it myself but no support. Now they say they will deliver on May 06. Very unreliable and unprofessional service. They will be soon out of business for their services.

I orded one party wear dress for 1300 rs. Returned it due to size issue. Wanted to exchange but there was no size available. Same day evening I saw the size was available but the price was 2000 rs.. Same dress morning one price and evening another price.. Very disappointed..

The app has good collection. But there delivery is pathetic. I ordered 2 dresses some 12 days back and the expected delivery date was in 2 days. But I still haven't received the dresses. Daily I get a message that it will be delivered today but nobody contacts. Really fed up with this now.

Very bad cuetomer service.. There no option for contact them.. Items are not never delivered on the expecting date.. Get only after 2 or 3 weeks later after the date they shown.. Very diappointed👎👎there is no customer interaction and they never inform about the late delivery at the end of the time.. Delivery procedures are very cheap.. There is no basic cutomer services according to their price charge on products.. Very very diappointed.. Never opt for hopscotch anymore👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Very poor customer service. Items are not delivered on time and there are no updates regarding the delay either. Ordered a dress for my kids birthday and not yet delivered. Please don't order from this site...worst experience ever.

Hopscotch as a product brand is good but you need to work on your logistics. Logistics is pathetic and its never delivered on mentioned time which eventually as customer stops me from buying more products. After all who wants to follow up for delivery 3 to 4 times.

Very late delivery of the product kept waiting for too long and the material and stitching is not good... didn't like the experience with hopscotch...

Service not on time.... Two times had bad experience, didn't receive order on time. Too much delay from the given date. Expensive also compared to the other sites.
