Not the best app. I always have login issues, it never sends the verification code. Takes a long time to load, once you're into the app. It's always something, and it's difficult to research doctors by specialty.
This app constantly freezes. It's also not very user friendly. When looking up previous claims, I always have to go back to the beginning and put in the information all over again, instead of just hitting the back button. Lastly, I can't open the app currently. A message appeared to call technical support. This happens too frequently.
The APP is very user friendly. Can you do one thing to the APP. When you want to log out try to place that on home screen. You have to go searching for the log out button. Other wise it's a Great APP. Thanks
BCBS Horizon is terrible and the website and is even worse, too many times you cannot log in at all. Both customer service and technical support only work bankers hours Monday to Friday. But I was able to download the app, log in, check my account and pay my bill. So the app is far superior to the website.
Less helpful then it could be. For awhile it had the wrong cards in the ID Card section and now there's no way so see the HSA account even though all the directions on the horizon website say it should be under accounts on the app. Also everything is delayed. Online I can see how far into my deductible I am but the app still shows $0 a week after my claim processes notice came through.
App doesn't let you make a payment doesn't let you put information, or put your card number for automatic enrollment it's just says technical issues try again later. I've been trying for almost two days now and it doesn't work. Then they tell you to try to call and for what their automated service doesn't work either fix your issues already.
It's difficult to navigate if you are in a different state than your provider. No way to keep your address in the doctor search
Useless. Telemedicine says doctors available right away, waiting 30 minutes then the app kicks out to the log in screen. Useless.
Not good. The app asks me to download the latest version when I have the latest version. Can't access multiple things without the app.
Most Wonderful, user friendly app. You have easy access to everything you need. no more searching for hours! love it
Some nice features, easy to navigate. However, it just can't help or even give info when there are problems, and with Horizon you WILL have problems. So when all is well, the app is fine.
I'm trying to open the app, but it keeps rerouting me to the Play Store for an update that was already completed. Even more frustratingly, I was able to use the app without issue a few hours ago. Between this and the constant maintenance outages, the app is less than user friendly. P
Update loop fixed. Had a problem yesterday with the app stuck in a perpetual loop asking for an update but always looping back instead of updating. App team contacted me to let me know they fixed it. Got it installed successfully today. Too bad their testing was inadequate and didn't discover before release and forced users to test it in a live environment. Next step will be to see if it works for submitting claims. Horizon Blue didn't process claims I sent by mail & told me to use the app.
Terrible app and terrible support. I've been unable to access my account for about a week and still there's been no resolution. The rep I spoke with was inattentive and unhelpful. 500 characters aren't nearly enough to explain how terrible my overall experience has been with Horizon.
The app is always down and impossible to get into and use. Very frustrating.
App currently updated, but I can't log in. States app needs updating. When i go to the app, it says open, not update.
Love this app! Allows me to follow my past claims and search providers etc. Thanks for fixing the bug. Great job.
For they past week the mobile app as well as going they the Internet on my desktop wants me to verify my email. Once I try, it stops & days you call tech support. Not sure what's going on but not the best app. All my other apps are up to date and working fine. Please fix your website as I need to access my medical acct
The app doesn't have functionality to choose PCP. The website PCP pick doesn't work either. When I contacted Customer Service they said it was bc of the date I picked. Today (1/20) I tried using 2/7. Once again, it didn't work. It's 2022 not 1992.
Quit with the survey popup!!!! Every time I go to a different screen that friggin survey pops up. After the 4th or 5th time, the app froze. Not real impressed with this.
Easy to navigate and easy to understand - Outstanding!
Nice for viewing EOBs, but the provider search feature has trouble pulling up results. Browser is best for this, still, I think.
The app takes a long time to load and there is a frequent error message.
App does what it's supposed to do. There should be a "Payment History" tab rather than having to dig through the app. Also, payments from gov't subsidies should be labeled as such to avoid looking the same as a credit card payment as it's confusing and makes it look like a billing mistake. Update: thanks for responding, you're absolutely right.
app updated yesterday and now wont let me log in saying app needs to be updated to log in. very frustrating
Garbage. Anything chosen says there isn't anything within 50 miles of my urban location. Utter useless. 0 stars.
Usually I have no problem. Now I can't log in because of the most recent update.
After updating, it doesn't load up to use the app.
App it self seems ok. Confusing that the website has different features than app. The notification section of the app is hard to clear without going through manually and you can only submit claims on the app and not the website.
Horrible app. The website itself gets bogged down and there are too many pop-ups. But the app has never been good. If you can log in, it takes forever and that makes it rather difficult to log in each day to do you wellness activities. Now you need to enter a code to verify its you to get to your account and the app won't send me a code. I've tried text and email. Nothing.
