Doesn't interface to the main horizon app. You have to go through the whole registration process again . Why isn't this built in the primary app. I don't need dozens of apps. Get your act together . Plus every time I open the app I have to re-register.. useless.
When I finally got to talk to Dr. He was great. But after I explained what I was going thru and read his notes. I was disappointed. Our visit lasted all but less then 4 min. and he determined I was basically just in need of refills. He did say if I got worse go to urgent care. It was an interesting adventure. Word of caution to all if you are in any at pain at all. They don't help out with that much at all'.
Horrible app. Was waiting total of 6h. Disconnected from first doctor after waiting for 3 hours. Then wasn't connecting at all. After 30 min trying finally connected to different doctor, waited in line for 1h then was transferred for another doctor. That line wasn't moving at all. Never gonna use it again. Wasted all day in pain.
The doctor I spoke with was great. But the first time I connected to a doctor I was the 13th person in line. I got down to number 5 and stayed at 5 for 4 hours. I then connected to another doctor and was number 41 in line. I got down to number 29 and then it said, "The doctor is no longer available." On my third try I finally got through to a doctor. This was a good experience with the doctor but using the application was horrible. It was a 7 hour process in total, it beats catching covid-19.
Just used this for the first time! Even though there was a little wait to see the doctor, I was in the convenience of my home which makes this all worth it. The doctor had great bed side manor and was very knowledgeable. I will definately use this app again!
When it's just the little annoyances that can be diagnosed on video, This is so much faster and easier than going to a physical office.
Very great experience. It was great being able to talk to a physician while in the comfort of my home. Would highly recommend to others. Wait time was a little long but due to Covid-19.
Fantastic. Million Thanks for helping my wife. It was fast, efficient, great help for the fraction of the cost I would have paid for an ER. The doctor was thorough and fantastic. This app is great. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the help we got. We got option to send email to her primary doctor so him too was notified what was going on. The prescription was at our local pharmacy within an hour. I am a very happy user.
1. The app does not work over vpn. 2. Does not automatically select next available doctor if the 1st one was not anymore available. 3. Does not remember my enquiry and I need to retyp everything each time.
It worked flawlessly and saved me going to an Urgent care for what I already know is a usual trip to the pharmacy...this expedited the process. Thankfully my plan covers telemedicine, this is clutch!!
Tried to use this system, waited 1.5 hours and when I was next on line-- tne physician was no longer available. They need to develop a better system of when and how physicians can choose to accept patients and then they cant leave till their line is finished.. the app is a scam.
Visit was super fast, took 5 minutes to see a provider and the visit took maybe another 5 minutes. Got antibiotics and some good advice!! App worked well, absolutely no issues.
Outside of not knowing if a doctor will disconnect (which mine did after waiting 20 mins), the app is good and the doctors I've seen so far are great.
Dr X. Liu is so incredibly understanding and patient. She is very kind and explains everything in detail to make sure you understand what can help.
Easy to use. Occasionally lose audio but it recovers automatically.
Pleasant experience. Wait time was minimal. The doctor was wonderful. Answered my questions without rushing me. Very kind woman.

I was 12th in the queue. 2.5 hours to finally get to #1 and then my doctor is suddenly offline. Just bad. Edit--happened 3x within a day. Terrible.
Great experience with Dr. Sofiya Rehman was wonderful! Took her time to listen, was very thorough, go my health background, and was quick to send the prescription to the pharmacy. I will use this service again. Never had to leave home while feeling bad. ❤

Very easy to set up. Tip-Have your current meds and insurance ID ready when signing up. I had about a 5 min wait. Dr. Was friendly and sent my prescriptions in right away. Very Happy!

great concept but the interface is not really user friendly. i wanted in insert pictures of my issue but it would not load so i had to take them on my actual phone then upload them into the app.. only to be shown a completely different Dr. i asked to be in the waiting room for. after 30 minutes i get notified that the Dr canceled on me & I wouldn't be charged. now it won't connect to WiFi at all. Very frustrating
