Logging in to the Mobile Banking App is easy. Use the same user ID, password, and security questions that you use for Horizon’s Home Banking. No separate or different registration is required. Horizon’s Mobile Banking App is both convenient and safe to use. When logging in you are required to authenticate yourself on each individual mobile device using the same information from Home Banking. All communication between your mobile device and the mobile banking server is encrypted. In addition, your password and account information are never stored on the mobile device.

Works great; gives me the ability to transfer money to all my friends and family who also have a Horizon account, simple and quick access to seeing my account balances and transferring between them, and I love that I don't have to come into a branch to make a payment on my VISA or deposit my checks (with no fee! Looking at you, US Bank). Needed a bit of help to set up that initial temporary password but after that it was smooth sailing.

One of the better Credit Union apps I've used! Easy to use interface where you can check your balance, deposit checks, transfer money between accounts, and many other things! The only thing I can see needing improvement is the addition of biometrics for login, and the ability to easily find your routing information for checking.

Love it! Much faster and more convenient than using telephone. I like being able to actually see the transactions rather than it hear it via phone. Great app. Bill pay is handy too. Only thing that I would like is to have the calculator easier to access and a little bit bigger. UPDATE: Over 2 years later and I still love banking with my Ephrata, WA branch! You guys rock! Thanks for keeping my banking experience friendly and trouble free. Looking forward to updating my opinion in another 2+ years

This is a pretty weak banking app, from the perspective of someone who banks entirely online with Capitol One. I can't manage my auto loan payments without linking an external account. It is better than their website, however, which has two separate websites and logins for banking and making payments. It's 2021 guys! Figure it out. I'd switch credit unions if I wouldn't take a credit hit for refinancing. I miss Icon, who wasn't even very suave online.

They need an "this version is no longer supported" message instead of a "we're sorry but we are having difficulties. Try again later", or something similar, message which prevented me from realizing my old phone, which couldn't update to the new version, was the problem and not that they were having technical difficulties. Otherwise an ok app from what I recall.

please update! Other banking apps have way faster speeds for when a transaction has taken place and the time it takes to notify on smart phone. Also when using bill pay the amount sent out for that bill isn't reflected on your balance until days later. Everything is so slow and needs some speed. If you get a good web developer they can fix this.

Horrible app coding. Requesting email verification codes that never arrive, inability to access account, multiple app force closes, takes MINUTES to log in. Just awful. I would think a bank could afford better app production. Rethinking opening our account with this bank.

Very intuitive and easy to use. I mostly use it for quickly checking my balance, transferring funds between my checking and savings accounts, paying my credit card bill, and depositing checks. There are so many more features though!

One of the better banking apps I've used in a long time. Very simple, easy layout, and everything shows up like it's supposed to. Transactions clear quickly and I know my available balance immediately. Customer service is very friendly to!

My experience with the app has been good for the most part. The exception being several times when the online statements were unavailable due to technical problems. Mobile check deposit is very convenient. I do wish there was a way to see all transactions for the current month on the app.

Great app, lots of useful features. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the inability to transfer funds from my business account to my personal account. I however can go the other way and transfer funds from my personal account to my business account which is at least 1/2 way there.

Easy app to navigate, so far no hangs. Convenient to manage credit, debit, and checking. Only disadvantage w/debit as opposed to checks is loss of numerical sequence of transactions, but that's not the fault of the app.

This app is a joke. It won't let me transfer funds so I'm without any money. I tried closing the app, restarting my phone, and finally deleting the app and reinstalling. I cannot remember my username so I tried to have it emailed it to me five times and it won't send. I'm now completely stuck without access to any of my money.

This app is horrible since the last update. Use to be able to sign in in less than a minute and now it takes 5 to 10 minutes to log in. It is ridiculous how long it takes. Please take away the last update!!!!!

They make it easy to get prove of payments when places like Consumer Cellular say you haven't paid your bill when you have. Makes record keeping easy.

What a lousy app. Hard to deposit, app doesn't like any picture. A complete mess. What should have been a 1 minute job ended up taking more than 10 minutes.
