This app has been an absolute lifesaver during this time of quarantine/social distancing. I NEED to be able to continue treatment, even with being high-risk health-wise, and this app has made that possible. My only complaint is that when you load the app, you start at the appointment screen, not the main page/dashboard. I've missed a couple notes from drs because I didn't see my dashboard and there aren't notifications (that I've found). Even with that, I love this app enough to still give 5*
Sometimes the app reports connection issues when opening. Even when connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile connection. Also sometimes struggles to connect and maintain video conference calls. Otherwise useful, if not, basic video conference app.
When I got a phone call it lowered my volume down which made it harder to hear otherwise it was good it's getting better a phone call use to knock me off telehealth
Works good. Some minor connection issues, wouldn't let me connect using a VPN, among others.
I absolutely love this app! There are however, as with other apps of this kind, sometimes (not often) some glitches, like audio cutting out or disconnections, but these things happen with most apps like this and is often due to your internet/data/wifi connection and not the actual app itself. With all that said, I love the user-friendliness of this app and the ability to add things before a meeting! I hope this helps anyone considering using this for their needs!
Quickly becoming a life saver for me. This convenient app has allowed me to receive the support and recovery I need in a way that allows me to feel comfortable and safe . They work with you to choose the best program and supports for each individual. I am beyond grateful to Horizons and especially the staff.
Convenient and helpful while away to see a familiar face. Connection was a bit off, but that was my side. Appointment went well and provider seemed happy as well.
Honestly love the App, it really helps during this time of pandemic and keeping people in touch with there team. Also it's great for when this pandemic is over bc its easier to actually talk about what I need to talk about instead of being distracted by the chaos of waiting rooms and Medicaid Cabs and stress. Just the comfort of your own home is nice when it comes to Mental Health. Only bad this is my video calls have dropped and there's no way to get back into your appointment if it glitch out.
I've been using Horizon Telehealth for almost a year now because my original nurse with Horizon was a snow bird & she spent her winter's in Florida. I used to go right to the Horizon site and sign-in to Telehealth but found I actually prefer doing my visits this way! So far I've had very few very minor issues with this app so 5 stars all the way!
Absolutely love this App. Have it on the first page of my home screen amongst my other favored Apps. Horizons has done so much for me and this App has been EXTREMELY helpful, I am so happy that they made this an easy option to connect with my counselor and provider especially throughout the Pandemic. Thumbs up!!!
It's a really nice and convenient App. Let's me see my appointment's on the calendar, tells me if staff are available and allows me to communicate with staff through messages as well. Every so often I encounter an issues but most Apps do. I love this App❤️
Decent for the most part. "Call" drops as program will automatically log you out mid sentence at times. Otherwise, much smoother than when the app was first presented.
Has gotten much better with lags. Without this tool I'd no longer be able to meet my therapist now that my schedule is busy and my life is going well.
Love this app. It has few IT issues, the picture is clear, no delay in sound, and having recently been injured and unable to leave my bed without help, it allows me to continue with my counselor.
The app is usually pretty good, however, it can be buggy on occasion.

It works fine, some connection issues once in a while but it's impossible to tell whether it's the app or wifi. It's been a life saver for me during Covid👍
Very helpful, especially during the time of Covid-19. Appointments feel very personal still. I'm able to use it both on my phone and laptop.
I absolutely Love the fact that I can do a face to face appointment. With the Covid-19 going on, it makes it difficult to connect. This is a wonderful app!
12/2/2020 Really doesn't deserve even One Star!! WORSE TeleHealth App EVER!! Drops video often then will say trying to reconnect only to log-out completely. Today App sent me an email saying appt was cancelled after I signed in; now I know Kayla would make sure I waa called if appt gad to be cancelled. Then today App ended session for both of us. WORSE Video App in Virtual Formats. If we can do Groups on Zoom we can do 1:1 with Zoom or just get a REAL TeleHealth App!! 😡😡😡😡
I absolutely love this app and being able to see my counselor face to face makes me feel so much better. I love Kelsey Tabbi she's saved me so many times from so many countless situations I can't even begin to explain the impact shes had on my life.
I love being able to have my appointments in the comfort of my own home. For me, it makes me more relaxed and less nervous. It's perfect for my busy life, because I can also take my appointment anywhere.
Sometimes the connection time can be a little slow but I guess that's dependent on internet connection overall experience was fantastic very easy to use
Some technical issues around audio and video. Over it does what ya need.
Extremely helpful and easy to use
Occasionally the connection is glitchy, but overall it works well, and not being able to drive it is so much more convenient.
This is the next best thing to face to face! If you need some help and some one to talk to please contact Horizons or another service! I do recommend Horizon but do what's right for you!
Really helps me stay in touch with my counselors and psychiatrist- I have a lot of trouble keeping track of appointments and traveling to physical appointments, but the app really helps me!
worked real well and video/sound quality were great as well. very convenient being able to meet online via an app!
