I'm really getting annoyed with how often I can't sign in??? Please fix the bugs in this app as there's no excuse for this happening as often as it does!!! Neither my driver# or password has changed in 6yrs, yet the app locks me out??? Less than a wk later, once again I'm locked out for no apparent reason? RIDICULOUS!!!😡👎Please fix this issue, it's my only complaint, but a huge one, potentially costly!
good app wouldn't want to do without it. but a lot of the time when it sends you important news, and you click on it,NOTHING. yesterday they sent out yards closed. I couldn't get app to read it till about 5 hours later.
works well does not always update on weekends. i the app does not update that you have picked up the unit you can not deliver. this is a hassle for weekend pickups and weekend / Monday morning deliveries
The load board seems to freeze up at the most inconvenient times. I've missed out on loads and have lost money.
great when it works. check calls never work, reliability leaves much to be desired. For important information exchanges with the company, you still have to make a phone call or email.
I love the convenience of this app. The bugs have mostly been eliminated and it makes everything such a breeze. Thanks Horizon!

always an issue working with an Android phone. i refuse to purchase an iphone just to use this app. get the dang thing working right.
It's temperamental only works when it wants to, and doesn't retain the info it's told to this app secks

It's obvious you're aware of the problem with the check call a verification notice that it has been sent would be helpful one other thing that would make this app more useful and user-friendly would be to be able to select multiple pictures instead of one at a time when inserting them and that the app have the ability to turn the flash on no flash douse not and I was talking about uploading pics from folder when Taken from camera phone app Being able to select all the pictures from the folder
Love it, sometimes it doesn't take the check in calls, and have to send multiple times. Besides that it is very helpful. Thanks it makes filings a lot quicker and easier. Good job.

Still a little buggy, but much better than 6 months ago. I would like to see the message line moved up next to the load line, for me that's the two checks that I use the most.
Since updating to the latest version when I take pictures through the app it locks up my phone regularly. I am using a Galaxy S7 very common phone. Other than that it's a good app
I lose a lot of time during pre and post trip thanks to the auto crop, its not helpful and mostly a pain also no camera options for pre or post trip such as zoom lighting or even the option to use my wide camera lens. Auto crop should only be for paperwork. Load board goes down a lot, my check calls almost never work. Company is awesome the app not so much.
