Overall its easy to use for my umpires. There is very little in teh way of communication for new features. They implement a new feature how they see and now how the original requester wanted it making it totally useless. They feel that they are the end all be all of assigning and are very snooty and condesending when speaking to users. Very non apathetic.
Used to use this app previously on the same phone but didn't use it last season due to COVID. Installed for upcoming season and it locks up with "retrieving content" and if you do get logged in you get blank black screens or screens that flash up for a second and then goes black. Opened a ticket and was told to un-install/re-install and also try clearing cache etc. Still same issue.
The only app Ive had the displeasure of using. First you are expected to pay for the app itself. Despite this you still get ads. Screen will randomly go black and you have to restart the app to get it to work again. Uh oh! Lose connection for 2 1/2 seconds? Get auto logged out and have to resign (restart the app for auto login to work). The app hasn't been updated since March 2019. Frankly its a platform abandoned by a company using bad business practices. Triple dippers. One star EARNED.
Amazing! My only problem is that it constantly crashes every time I try to use the filter option. I have a galaxy S10 and it in theory should be fine, but its not.

Needs a mileage filter. I do not want to decline assignments because the assignor has random games 50 miles away from me. Please update to add a distance, not just a date filter
Android app was not synching with server. App had different times available than the win10 chrome browser had listed. These times were set last october. Some were different than on the android app. Total of bout 9 dates times were not synched.
great app to manage my schedule and managing scheduling our association House league program. live the automatic warnings and notification if there are any issues with the schedule or ref assignments. Much easier than our previous scheduling app.
its a very good app, not to many bugs, easily used for accepting assignements, but getting used to the layout of the website takes some time. Generally a great app, recommend it.
cant even update my profile because it doesnt allow me to accept the Privacy Settings, which means it won't let me use the app. Better off using the website on a PC.
The app and assigning software is functional but Customer service is spotty and Security is unnecessarily stronger than Fort Knox
App is really great with keeping officials informed about games and events. The game arts are great. The best app for officials.
Great app and easy to use. Gives great schedule updated and payment of games information.
If I could give this app a negative score I would. I cannot wait until our organization moves on from this ridiculous app .
Might take a few days to understand how to use it thoroughly but after that it's really easy.

The app looks basically like a shell for the website. But somehow less functional. Tested my wifi speed on my phone 250Mbps down, yet every time I go back to the master schedule it gets hung on "retrieving contents, please wait". Even filtered. Other buttons get locked up and don't work. Each time, I have to force close and re-open to get it unstuck. Very frustrating to use. It has an archaic interface. Every time I use it I think, might as well wait until I'm at my computer.
