This app has always been very slow. Have been in contact tact via email as app not now working on my tablet. Says app is not optimised for my device. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times as per advice from horse & Country to no avail. They are blaming my tablet. Very disappointed and will be cancelling subscription. Couldn't install app on my TV as not available on LG app store. Would not recommend. Was brilliant when on sky TV. Dreadful now. I only giving 1 star or I can't post 😤

Try using this on Android TV and you're going to have a very bad time. If you're lucky you'll get picture in the form of 144p and at roughly 5 fps. If you're like me the app will stop working, customer service will tell you to uninstall and then it'll magically disappear from the Google play store on the TV. So either it's a 1 star product or it's a 0 star product. Do not bother with this poor attempt of an app

Whilst I like the content, for some reason the app has stopped working on my galaxy tablet. Even uninstalling and re-installing doesn't work. So I'm paying for something I can't use.

Just started to use it and found the content I wanted quickly and intuitively.

Great content ..sometimes hard to start watching a selected show/video ..have to select more than once

Can't get on the app at all. I have tried all things , it just says H+c has stopped !!! I have paid my sub for the third time and now it doesn't work. What am I suppose to do , it seems I am not the only one having problems. You can now pay more but what is the use of paying out if you can't get on the app.

After using the old app for over a year and being very happy with it, I have found this new version terrible, half the time it won't cast to the TV, it's all but impossible to find what I am looking for, the catalogue system is convoluted and limited. Overall, very disappointed at its lack of usability. The only positive is that it actually tells me what new content has been added.

I used my laptop to subscribe and I payed $9.99.The website worked great on my laptop. Although every time i watched something, the audio was out of time with the video. I just downloaded the app on my phone and tried to log in but it said there was no account with the email i signed up with. I tried my laptop again and it worked fine. Not really impressed and i think it needs a lot of improvement.

Pretty easy to use and so far not much interference of any.... would be better if camera man could get closer for presentation

I find horse and Country often difficult to get on to, often trying 2 or 3 times. I am a member but every time there is a special release - for instance british dressage convention, I am asked to upgrade my membership?? . Its very slow, not easy to use and I hear this from friends also. I find it a very poor service and i am constantly thinking of cancelling.

Slow mediocre picture and can't install on Google chromecast

Worked fine. So paid for monthly subscription. Now app just opens and then immediately closes. Not impressed. Update; Works perfect on firestick and customer support was fast. However, to get app to work on phone I have to clear cache/storage. Then log in. This has to be repeated each time I use the app on phone.

Sometimes slow to load otherwise LOVE the content.

Cannot open the app, just keeps stopping before it starts.. absolute waste of my time and my money..

Can't open it on my TV or on android. This has happened before. It looks like I will have to cancel my subscription. Very frustrating.

Appalling app. Works fine for free trial but as soon as you sign in and pay the subscription it crashes immediately every time you open it. The only work around I have found is deleting the app and reinstalling. Quite frankly the user experience makes it almost impossible to enjoy the content

Completely and utterly fed up with this app. It has NEVER worked properly. Constantly telling me there is living connection errors which i am assuming is coding errors, have paid for this app for months and only been able to watch it twice. Had to set up the monthly payment twice as the first one "didnt exist" according to their team. From the looks of the other reviews i am not alone. Put this channel back on tv as this app will lose you customers. It has lost me now. Absolute rubbish!!!

I find this app easier to use than the one on my laptop! I'm pretty pleased with it but hope theyre trying to straighten out things like an easier menu and if you view a video half way that you can start where you left off which doesnt happen at the moment ...

App launches shows logo and then immediate stops and shows fault message - tried reinstalling it regularly over last few weeks and same problem

Like the programs ,just find it a little difficult to use , but then most apps are a little difficult, I would like if there was a better explanation as to what I'm watching and a better explanation as to which order as to watch , I've just given up to frustrating to use.

I find it very difficult to find what I wish to watch. There appear to be several different menu pages. Particularly annoying is the difficulty in trying to resume watching something when I have had to stop partway through.

Seriously buggy app. The content available has got a lot better on H&C but I want to be able to cast it from my android phone without the app constantly crashing. I have to uninstall and reinstall then log in each time, so frustrating!

Awful app. Crashes almost every time I open it, only way to combat it is to uninstall and reinstall. Seems to open for a few minutes and then crashes again. Awful.

Amazing app. It has tonnes of content. The only thing is I was expecting it to be okay putting onto my TV, but it turns out you have to have certain types of TV's for that, which is hugely disappointing.

My issue is when you stream to a Google caster for a live event it has at the bottom how long til the next live show which interferes with being able to see the whole screen. Otherwise the app works well

this worked fine on my lap top and android phone. then it stopped working on anything and all just say unknown proxy. have tried everything but to no avail. shame they took it off telly. now i cant watch it at all on anything and I have a lot of friends who have the same problem and have also cancelled their subscriptions too. Surely H & C are loosing a lot of money and all their audience. HELLO H & C DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT PLEASE.

Good easy app to use, a bit slow if you change to look at another app (ie facebook) as it keeps freezing. Once reloaded, its fine. Good quality images.
