The ELD mandate has a grandfather provision for the continued use of AOBRD e-logging solutions until December 16, 2019.

We give you the flexibility to use whatever tablet or phone that fits your needs. Estimated data usage for HOS-Reporter Pro is approximately 50 Mb per month. That’s only 5% of a 1 Gb monthly data plan.

I Have emailed this app 3 times and have gotten no response. App opens I sign in it synchronizes then closes everytime. I have uninstalled it 10 times and installed it 11 times. Same issue all the time. Can anyone help with this because the app people don't respond
Switches to driving while engine is shut off with an overlay that doesn't allow you to make any kind of annotation. State of emergency doesn't work 70/14/11 clocks are going even if you're on ag exempt or state of emergency.
Fix an issue with the 8/2 - 3/7 split. What the hell is wrong with you guys!!!! If or when you fix the issue, I will then update the review. And please for once respond to the comments!
It sucks when there's a problem the warning Windows come up so frequent that you can't even change your status to try to work on the thing
It used to be ok for the price but their app doesn't support new split sleeper rule and their customer support is incompetent, almost like talking to a bot.
Love this eld trucker friendly east to use. The issues people have usually not app related software updates and device is number 1.

Can't open the app after this update again... Seems that no body tests updates( Let's go back to the paper logs.
It Has not worked since 12-16-19.support team is useless.they answer like robots. Kept repeating same sentences.wont allow to talk to superviser till Christmas day.worthless service now. But first two years were okay.
Connection problems. Split is not working. Driving hours are going past 14 hour day. Etc etc etc ......
After last update , keep disconnecting from Atlas and can not find GPS source.

They don't fully support new HOS rules and the app is buggy. My recommendation is to avoid this company.
This app is garbage.the split driving hr is not work.the system has to be updated.

I got stock with them for a year. The worst ELD ever. Customer support have no idea what they are doing. IFTA reporting is a joke, do NOT expect.

There is no selection for personal conveyance in the app and it should have a 2 mile limit before it automatically puts you on driving. Hell you can't even pull off the fuel island and park in a spot on the same lot without going over 5 mph. And it still switches anyway sometimes. 5mph is really slow even in a parking lot.
