Vincent and Arlvo were very helpful. The eld is by far more complicated to use than any other I have used. Mine was shut off due to not reading a email properly. Then 4 days of arguing with the same lady over proper procedure. Or following the steps. All of which were being done. One person corrected the issue. That was a software issue. Not a driver issue. I feel I met 2 very generous and genuine good people. Would I recommend the system.? No. I am returning today. Not for above reason.

I am so pleased that I chose HOS247 for my elog. I found it to exactly what I needed and was very affordable. I started with 1 unit and subsequently ordered 3 total. In addition to having all the functions as other popular logs, the service is A1 and extremely personalized. Give them a try, you will not regret it. Kudos to Vlad and his team!
Reliable. Friendly. Great customer service. Everytime I work with Angelica and Vincent they go above and beyond. They can always help me come to a resolution with my problems even if it comes down to our whole team on a conference call with one of them. They are very efficient, hard workers, and can work under any kind of pressure.
HOs247 is the most stable excellent planed designed economical and comfortable ELD I have used so far. This is my 5th ELD in last 3 years. All other ELDs I have used caused lot of headaches problems and wasted time.
No issues whatsoever except it doesn't have the "adverse conditions" option. Would be nice to have that.
Split sleeper must be fixed. Instead of showing time remaining to full rest it shows full 10h reset

If you require to sign up and pay for the ELD svc then you should mention that in the description that ITS NOT A STANDALONE app.

I would say that this is probably a legit application based upon the Federal Marshals website if it has capital letters and small letters it's a legit application and or legit writing based upon Baltimore THANK GOD WITH 500 TRILLION PEOPLE QUADRILLION AND 2 APPS THAT PEOPLE HAVEN'T USED IN MY NAME

Devise worked for a few weeks then it didn't because software and or hardware isn't compatible with 2021 Ford E-350. Seems to be an issue with my vehicle not reading after market devises. New Fords with factory modems don't seem to work with after market elds. Customer service here is good and nice people.
