Latest update is terrible. Please revert back to the previous version immediately. The calendar and reservation screens are barely functional now! The new update screwed up the calendar view, it now shows pending inquiries on the calendar which pollutes the view. The reservation screen isn't taking expired inquiries out of the equation and shows them as multiple bookings on top of the reserved bookings. Please fix this

The app constantly freezes when trying to respond to guests. I usually end up going to airbnb or Vrbo app to communicate instead which defeats the purpose of having a channel manager

Very poor design, most of the things in desktop version is not available in the app. And aesthetically, very poor color choice, the orange color and the fonts can be improved dramatically.

This app recently underwent an update that has basically rendered it useless on an Android. The app closes out constantly, doesn't load, they changed the way accepted versus pending versus expired inquiries and reservations are shown which has caused a lot of confusion and mistakes without our team. Simple tasks that used to be handled easily through the mobile app require us to login from a computer to view and respond to messages, check the calendars, and update reservations. Two thumbs down.

After going from platform to platform spending countless hours per day, I started using hostaway and makes everything much easier.

Calander view is broken with latest update 3/15/2022. Only the first week shows Saturday all others it is skipped. This throws off the date on all other weeks. Please resolve ASAP

Very effective tool to help run your calendar smoothly and know exactly where you are with your bookings. It has some extremly helpful features like financial reporting to see your monthly & annual progress. The automation messages have transformed my business. There is no phone support, however you can email request a Google meeting, but this can take several days. There are some amazing support staff on the team that will go above and beyond to fix you issues.

It works to do quick calendar updates and to check on my bookings, but I wish it had more robust calendar features available so I didn't always have to get to a computer to make changes. I especially wish I could write notes on certain dates/bookings in app; currently I can only do this on desktop.

almost useless - very poor app with poor functuinality - Hostaway works best when you access it via your phone's browser. You cant update the calendar by price (except day by day and thr present day is blocked) and you cant update minimum nights stayed. I wrote this. Review in March 2019 and they have never replied to it, that says a lot. The customer service support from the company is similarly poor.

Very basic App. Still unable to add notes on calendar days. Cannot access/change notifications.

No push notifications for messages. Unbelievable for an app and system with so much potential.

so, i download this app, and all it does is take me to a sales page to give them my email and they'll tell me how much it is to create a login.

Installed, and I can't even type my login or password to be able to login. Uninstalled.

I should be able to respond with edited quotes in messages
