Great app. I just found that setting reservation hour is a bit complicated..
i think the statistical analysis side of the app needs to be more comprehensive.

Its a bit frustrating to sync with the tablet and emails. Only 50% of guests actually arrive. They claim no confirmation via app. Appears only confirmation guests receive is when I send a direct confirmation via their provided email. Considering dropping use but keep giving it another chance expecting a different result. Isn't that the definition of crazy?
Not mobile friendly. Lags. Decent user interface but frustrating to use.
Hostme is an incredible resource for restaurants looking for a versatile, affordable reservation software. For the price, it offers absolutely incredible features and customization. It has flaws, but the technical team is always available for a quick message, and they work so fast it is mind-boggling. They have made any considerable changes/improvements to the application just in the past month. Best of all- you can try this app for free. Up to 50 reservations at no cost.

This app is better than OpenTable with no stupid contract, no install fee and no pushy salesperson. Very intuitive. CS is responsive.
I liked the app, the features proved to be useful. My host and I spent a little too long figuring out the interface at first, and I personally believe that implementing a server rotation would make the app all the better, but it comes in handy for restaurants who deal with waitlists and reservations regularly!

So disappointed by this app. If you are the market for for an interface to help run the front of the house of your business, move on. The syncing is awful and grinds to a near halt on busy weekends, which, surprisingly, is the busiest for our restaurant. -Guests often do not recieve a confirmation text, nor a notification. -Interacting with the interface is painful more than not. Status updates are followed with long loading screens or showing I wish i can share more. But please just move on.
